This week on the Gamers' Inn we discuss all things Zelda! The past, the present, and the future of the franchise. John the Iconmaster joins Jocelyn and Ryan to look at what makes the series awesome, where the series lost its footing, and what Nintendo should do for the next instalment on the Wii U or 3DS. One week after the release of Mass Effect 3 the Gamers' Inn is still going strong. We start things off by giving details on our first GIG (Gamers' Inn Game) Night! Starting things off with Quick Fire news we bravely speed through the news of the week, until we get to the stuff worth discussing. In the news we talk new Bioshock Infinite trailers, 1 in 3 gamers are turned off by online games, and Blizzard is offering auto-leveled 80 characters. Finally we talk What We've Been Playing with... YOU! Our first call in show!

In a post Mass Effect 3 world the two hosts of the Gamers' Inn, Jocelyn and Ryan, discuss quick fire news, actual news, and what they've been playing. In quick fire we have new release date announcements, a new Sim City, Halo 4, and Peter Molyneaux leaving Lionhead/Microsoft. In the news we discuss a possible Valve console, and of course Mass Effect 3 launching. Besides Mass Effect 3, which they have been playing (A LOT), we talk about Unstoppable Gorg, WoW, DOTA 2, and Zelda Skyward Sword. Put that controller down (for a bit) and listen to the Gamers' Inn!

In the news this week Bioshock Infinite gets a release date, and Assassin's Creed 3 is announced! Moving on to what they've been playing Jocelyn and Ryan live up to their pact to play WoW and Skyrim respectively. Also Ryan gave a new game called Dear Esther a shot which sparks the age old debate, are games an artform? The episode is wrapped with a new Two Minute Game Design Challenge and Listener Feedback. Mass Effect was released on the Xbox 360 on November 20th, 2007 and on March 6th, 2012 the Shepard trilogy will come to an end. Gamers' Inn returns this week jam packed with news, games we've been playing, and a discussion on mods! On the news front we have a new team in Hero Academy and Mass Effect 3 early... IN SPAAAACE! Jocelyn and Ryan played the Mass Effect 3 demo, but Ryan got to give the Kinect integration a shot as well as the multiplayer component. Moving on to a discussion on mods Jocelyn spent the better part of the last week prepping a Portal 2 mod as a Valentine's gift. Think that sounds like a lot? Well it is, and there's more awesome in this weeks Gamers' Inn!

In the news we have iOS apps promoting the release of Mass Effect 3, with Infiltrator being a third person action game and Datapad being more of a companion app. Also we discuss the release of Kingdoms of Amalur, which leads into Ryan discussing his re-visit to the demo on PC and Xbox 360. A major portion of what we've been playing has been Hero Academy, which works well with our topic of the week, Freeium Games. Finally we end with a new segment of Two Minute Game Design Challenge and Listener Feedback. Enjoy!
