Podcast-17- Civil Disobedience & Bastardization, The Logical Process Of Nullification | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 0:38:52 Introduction: Welcome to The Revolution Is You, podcast number 17. This podcast is a call out to all of you who dwell in this world full of illusion and lies; a wake up call. A world of fake money and false paradigms of power. A wake up call to who you were created to really be, an individual. An individual of autonomy, of self-sufficiency, of sovereignty and of immense Wiki-Power. So listen and learn with me as we seek to establish the truth about ourselves and take back our G-d given rights to power. Howard Zinn on the necessity for civil disobedience. "Liberty is the natural condition of the people, servitude is however fostered when people are raised in subjection." -Etienne De La Boetie The feudal managers that call themselves officials in government today are trained to manage masses and groups. These managers are absolutely powerless against the individual unit. The key to our revolution is individualism. To stand solely against the drivers- to run against the herd. To question everything mandated to exhaustion and challenge the very nature of our "Federal" government. The micro- a thousand paper cuts to bleed the macrocosm- the behemoth. Tiny revolutions in motion that amass a tsunami of rebellion! It is solely by consent that we are governed and when the people withdraw that consent the government has no power and is illegitimate. When lawmakers try to redefine the laws of nature to take away the rights of individuals. It is the individual's duty to nullify such laws through disobedience and bastardization of illegitimate laws. Throughout ours generations we have been falsely taught that in order to influence power one must form large parties or groups. That the only way to affect change is to organize masses of people, when in fact to do so is to hand influence and control over to the very same system of oppression that has lorded over the common man throughout the millennia. The key to our revolution is individual autonomy and individual sovereignty. "A wise man will not leave the right to the mercy of chance, nor wish it to prevail through the power of the majority. There is but little virtue in the action of masses of men."   -Thoreau (Civil Disobedience). A weapon of vast power for the individual is civil disobedience. To civilly disobey is to purposely challenge unjust, unconstitutional and illegitimate laws. To challenge laws contrary to our natural rights. These fundamental rights are understood to be self-evident, original and obvious- our common sense. Conscience checks what is true and what is righteous even in spite of the law. That same conscience and common sense pricks the hearts of the common man when newly created bastard laws are unjust. For we have been created with the laws of nature in our hearts. "Law never made men a whit more just; and, by means of their respect for it, even the well-disposed are daily made the agents of injustice." -Thoreau (Civil Disobedience). So how can we sit by and obediently comply with bully tyrants and watch our fellow citizen be molested by an illegal organization called this government. If we have any shred of human dignity or courage left we should resist such bastard laws and extra-constitutional government organizations. Individually if we each disobey and withdraw consent the truth will be known that The Revolution Is You.   “The fundamental political question is why do people obey a government. The answer is that they tend to enslave themselves, to let themselves be governed by tyrants. Freedom from servitude comes not from violent action, but from the refusal to serve. Tyrants fall when the people withdraw their support.” - Etienne De La Boetie     Here's a link to download the free e-book by Etienne De La Boetie on civil disobedience titled "The Politics Of Obedience,

Podcast-16- The Virtues Of Nationalism & The War On The Drones | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 0:36:42

First Topic: The War On The Drones The Main Topic: "The true  patriot is motivated by a sense of responsibility and of self-interest for himself, his family, and the future of his country to resist government abuse of power. He rejects the notion that patriotism means obedience to the state. Resistance need not be violent, but the civil disobedience that might be required involves confrontation with the state and invites possible imprisonment."    -Ron Paul Today's professors and historical revisionist like to refer to nationalism and/or patriotism as being akin, if not equal to fascism. They tend to paint nationalism in an evil light. They equivocate patriots to bigots, hate-mongers and racists. I would like to set the record straight and possibly enlighten a grave and dangerous lie in our time. I would contend that the Globalist, the Super-Nationalist or The New World Order Collectivist are the real threat to world peace. That they are more equal to fascism than any national patriot. They are enemies to individual rights and individual identities. The globalist goal and aim is to erase cultural differences and infringe upon the sovereignty of all nations. They then in contradiction to their said ideology dare to call themselves promoters of diversity, when the end sum of their ideology is totalitarian conformity. The United States of America in it's original intent tends and tended to be unique in it's national identity- in the fact that it is and was a nation of a people who yearn for liberty of multiple races and creeds. Liberty being the primary pursuit of it's people and not the state. A nation that put forward the rights of all men to be free and to protect it's people from foreign and domestic tyrants that wished to bind it's citizen to any form of vassal-ship. The very ideal of American Patriotism in its very nature is opposed to any form of collectivism- be it globalist, socialist or otherwise. Nationalism is not only important in the United States of America but is integral to all people universally, as it identifies the culture and sovereignty of all nations and their peoples. Nationalism defines the customs and rights of a nation through it's history. Nationalism solidifies a country's sovereignty and right to autonomy and thus protects an individuals rights to self-determination. I therefore contend that national identity is essential to liberty and the two cannot be separated. Taking it step further localism is a micro member of nationalism: a smaller piece to the common man's puzzle of power. Localism starts with individuals seeking out solutions and seeking other individuals. Next localism starts in communities organized for a common purpose, to protect your neighbor and empower your neighborhood. Next comes cities, counties and finally the state exercising it's tenth amendment powers as Federal watchdogs to protect it's citizens from unconstitutional tyranny. If the common man does not have the will to rule, then history demonstrates tyranny's will to power. The super-nationalists seek to enslave all men in the name of peace. When the common man surrenders liberty for comfort or security- he creates a vacuum of power, which will be quickly filled by despotism. The global super-nationalist is a utopian philosophy that through global unity, dissolution of nationalism and synthesis of opposites comes world peace. This philosophy is flawed and unrealistic as it is like trying to mix iron with clay. For in it's very nature requires the strictest uniformity and conformity that is only possible through a top down monstrous dictatorship. Thus in nature the globalist is in absolute contradiction of liberty and individualism. The ultimate enemy of humanity.

Podcast-15- Defining Terms And The Nature Of Words | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 0:33:24

In The News TSA And The American Police State Update: TSA Agent Bribery Woman Molested By The TSA Weeping (warning very disturbing video) Homeland Security's 'Pre-Crime' Screening Will Never Work Black Hawk Helicopters Over Downtown Chicago ORIGINAL VIDEO REMOVED!!!! Big Sis Launches Undercover TSA Spies To Ride Houston Buses Main Topic: Defining Terms And The Nature Of Words Words are understood by the company they keep. Modern man is trained to understand only the surface veneer. Today's common knowledge is a construction of malformed part truths and bit-piece information. And the more I research subjects the more I discover my own knowledge to be amazingly superficial. How did modern man's consciousness become this way? The more I examine this, the more apparent it becomes that those who define our terms create our reality. Words and terms manipulated to veil hidden meanings and definitions. As the common people we should revisit and learn classical common sense, that common sense being critical thinking and logic. We the people must question everything those in authority propose. We must demand these glorified banksters and these glorified lawyers to define their terms. Those in positions of power who say one thing and mask their meaning in vagary and alternative definitions. Those who use words as instruments of robbery, oppression and destruction. We must question everything and settle for nothing but liberty. We must wake up to the fact that the evening news and advertisements do not have our well being in mind. But that those who legislate the rules seek to control us. We must wake up to the fact that the government owned airwaves and fiberoptic cables are the conduits of propaganda and behavior control. That they want to uniform the minds of the citizens into collective opinions, thoughts and beliefs. That they want to dull our senses, cool our passions and bleed our self determinations. We who they gaze upon as mere cattle, as numbers or as slaves. Our terms are based on the laws of G-d, the laws of nature and the laws of the self-governed; the constitution. As Divinely created beings our equality comes from our origin and nature as sovereigns of the creation. As sovereign born (answerable only to the Sovereign of all) we must define our own terms. We must declare and defend our rights. We must stand against those who would redefine us as mere animals, slaves or subjects and dissect their intentions. For out of those intentions comes illegal legislation, corruption and illegal empowerments. Those in the Neo-monopolization are united in power against the people. Offering ease and vanity to the body-people in exchange of power. Every new law an infringement upon the rights of man and jurisdiction of G-d. Every new law a spiderweb entanglement for liberty and freedom. Every new law a mockery of justice and equity. Every new law a nemesis, an enemy and necessarily must be warred against and opposed. For this "government" shall not- cannot stand lest we the people permit it's power. " Political language - and with variations this is true of all political parties, from Conservatives to Anarchists - is designed to make lies sound truthful and murder respectable, and to give an appearance of solidity to pure wind. " -George Orwell To paraphrase the politician's mouth is an ass, his breath a foul flatulence and his speech is regarded as shit. They have redefined in the minds of the people words such as "security", "free society", "democracy", "the republic" and "capitalism".

 Podcast-14- Neo-Monopolization | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 0:20:08

First Topic: News And Updates Leon Panetta - We Don't Need Congressional Approval To Declare War TSA Update Main Topic: We live in a day and age of limited choices. An age of false paradigms. In some cases our choices are being whittled down to only two and covertly possibly one. You may only choose between Company A or Company B. You may only choose the Elephant or the Donkey. You may only be politically right or politically left. Is life really so black and white? When we contrast this false reality against the reality of our own senses, we understand that certain potentials are lacking; an overall absence of colors. When we consult our logic, diverse options do appear. So how was this false paradigm shaped? What is it's history? Why has this become so "American"? The word corporation is derived from the Latin word corpus meaning body. The history of corporations dates back to ancient Rome and the concept of a fictional body representing a body of people could be found throughout the ancient world. Corporations, guilds and companies were set up to protect the people in a company from liabilities and to give leverage to common tradesmen and merchants against more powerful forces such as nobility. Out of this seemingly decent concept (the corporation) came a menacing byproduct- the monopoly. Big mergers of already big to medium sized companies who wielded power over the markets at the expense of the working man. The major effects of monopolies in the U.S. came to full fruition in the 1890's. Instead of going back to natural sole proprietorships, which is natural and unhindered in a truly free society. We traded some of our liberties for legislation and regulation to rein in the evil monopoly. We traded the overt fat cats for the covert quiet banksters- The Federal Reserve in 1913. Today people seem to focus on Walmart, Monsanto, Microsoft and the like, but what neo-monopoly of this day and age is the  most evil? The Federal Reserve and the U.S. Government merger. The Federal Reserve is not Federal and there is no reserve. It is a conglomeration of foreign, domestic, elite, private banks that have a choke hold the on the American people, their government and their legislation.

Podcast-13- Media Bias or Censorship And Propaganda | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 0:12:56

First topic: Update on HR 347. Article cited: Main topic: Media Bias or Censorship And Propaganda Today alot of TelePrompter media puppets of the right and left accuse each other of "media bias", but the question begs- is there such a thing as media bias? Was there ever an unbiased telling of any event? Are fairness and balance a fantastical pipe dream? How can opinions be set aside? Does not information go through the filter of mans' hearts and prejudices? If the answer is that there is bias and will always be bias, then what is it that we should be vigilant about when receiving information? If bias is a given, if it is understood as a channel through which information will flow, then what is information's main hindrance. The controversial organization called Wiki-leaks was founded upon the idea of complete openness of absolute non-censorship. They blew the lid off of the hidden secrets of governments and organizations and forever challenged the status-quo of how information flows. They introduced the world to a very powerful form of Wiki-power. They demonstrated what happens when a society gets vital information usually held back from public consumption. This new form of media demonstrated to the world how weak, down right corrupt or heavily censored the average flow of information is. More and more information consumers are turning to the Internet and alternative forms of media to get their information. As long as the freedom of the Internet continues censorship and propaganda is weak and mostly ineffective. With open information, the consumer can form their their own opinion. No State or Corporate entity can forge the minds of the people. The minds of the people are therefore free. The people are thus empowered to make choices of free will and direct their own pursuits of happiness accordingly. Censorship is a greater evil in our day than days gone by. On the crux of those who would enslave all men to the ideal of an all encompassing universal government of dictation and despotism. Those who would hinder information also seek to bind Liberty. Those who believe the common man to be a commodity and a slave. A free people deserves free information. SOPA, PIPA, ACTA and HR 347 are legislation designed to control information, to limit speech and the first amendment. For this reason these unconstitutional bills must be opposed. For no "new" law is above the law of the land: the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

 Podcast-11- The Nature Of Government | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 0:06:12

The Nature Of Government Since the inception of the government of men it's nature has always been essentially evil. Our founders understood this and developed a comprehensive system of limited governance, of enumerated powers based upon the lessons of history. A history of tyrannical empires and despotic dictatorships scattered throughout the generations of man. Governments based upon the Luciferian  ideal of man becoming a god. Ancient Egypt declared pharaoh a god. Ancient rome claimed it's emperors as god-men.  Kings of the dark to middle ages declared their rule by theft and Divine right. The post-industrialist philosopher Neitzche claimed their to be in our modern times a master class and a slave class. Just as today we see an elite globalist class trying to rule by a fiat entitlement based upon their own worldview of eugenics. They that believe they are more highly evolved than the general public. The same class of people who infiltrated public education with the one-sided curriculum of evolution. Implementing an overall dumbing down of our education models. Removing the time-tested teaching of critical thinking and logic. Brain washing young malleable minds that they are mere animals and as animals slaves to those who are more "highly evolved". When the truth is that each individual has potential and uniqueness to master their own destinies and pursuits of happiness. That without obstruction or enablememt- out of the fire comes purity and the dross is left behind. For our children are made in the image of their Creator. Having an innate ability to create-a inborn nature that should be nurtured. To empower all of humanity. Instead these same elitists teach our youth that they are mere animals and as such have no rights, but one- to merely survive. And with such a philosophical worldview they strip away morals from our society, the Sovereignty of G-d and with that the sovereignty of man. For man without his rights is a society without morals. A society without morals is a society of absolute corruption. The very nature of unfettered government  is corruption. For a government has no soul, it has no ability to reason and has absolutely no morals. It will always try to cheat. It will always try to steal. It will always try to enslave men. Government must be shackled to the constitution and always limited by it's sovereign and free citizens. You the people of The United States are it's power. You are it's master. Exercise your right to rule freely. Stand up to injustice! Stand up to the great deception and reclaim your heritage for posterity! Read the bill of rights- the first ten amendments to the constitution. Memorize them, understand them and internalize them. Be the push back- be the blow back. Each and everyone of us resisting together is strength. We are governed by consent, not by dictation or coercion. We have been born free men. We have inherited liberty from our forbearers. What makes our day and age unique is the overall increase of ability and power of the people to connect and collaborate or the government to police and strong arm the masses. Today, this pivotal moment in history is a crossroads for humanity. It us up to you to decide to rule or to be ruled over. We have the opportunity today to resist tyranny through mass collaboration and small scale localism. Through the power of connectivity via the Internet and any other creative forms of communication to organize. This is called wiki-power. SOPA pipa Acta On the other hand governments have the opportunity to increase their size and oppression to a global scale. A evil that mankind cannot even imagine. And they are pushing for this. It is the pinnacle of man's greatest sin. A despotism of titanic proportions. You must Resist! The Revolution Is You!

 Podcast-10- The Renaissance Of The Self-Reliant | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 0:29:10

On this podcast I want to discuss self reliance a dying and in some cases dead way of life in America. The modern day revival of it. I also want to discuss The overall fearful weakness that is considered common place and prudent in our generation. The more than half a century of decadence in our country has emasculated and softened our generations to the point of near helplessness. We teach our children to be self lovers and narcissists. We shelter our young from failure, adversity and labor… Why Federal politics no longer matter and Localism is key. Also I go into my total disdain for the TSA and why. Articles cited:

Podcast-08- The Revolution Is You Defined | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 0:06:48

On this Podcast… The slogan of this show has been Empowering people through Liberty, Activism and Localism. I want to say that this podcast isn’t for myself but for you. To encourage and educate you about your God given rights and to embolden you stand up for those rights. The name of the podcast is self explanatory… Meaning you the individual are important. That you are imbued with power from our Creator, with such a great power that those who criminally claim their own power tremble at the thought of YOU waking up to these rights and privileges. And standing up against the evil in our time to defend these rights for yourselves, your families and your future generations. I want this podcast and it’s website to be a haven for those of you who feel as though they are voiceless and powerless. It is here for us to come together with those who feel the same way and learn from each other. And support and collaborate with one another. The Revolution is you is here to let you know you are not alone. That you are not voiceless and you are not powerless. That regular people like yourselves perceive something is not right that things are broken.  That there is either a campaign of deception against you or patronization to keep you entertained, apathetic, morally numb and quiet. If you have looked around you and have realized the foundation of all things sacred are eroding and disappearing and being forgotten… Let us not be quiet! Let’s stand up and defend! Do not be afraid, but be feared by your government and reclaim our communities our states and our country together and individually! Stand up say no to theft of rights and liberties! Say no to the TSA! Say no to SOPA PIPA and ACTA! Say no to international treaties that limit the constitution! Say no to the FDA poisoning on one hand limiting our food sovereignty on the other. Say no because despite what you learned in government school you have every right to say no!

 Podcast-07- S.O.P.A, P.I.P.A, A.C.T.A… W.T.F.? | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 0:21:52

On this podcast I discuss the notorious S.O.P.A. and P.I.P.A. as well as a little less known International Treaty acronym A.C.T.A. Do we as citizens have a right to privacy in general? Does an International Treaty really trump the Constitution? Article cited:
