How to do the 10-20-30 training: Warm up by running 1-2 km at low intensity before starting the intervals. The interval block: 30 sec jogging at low intensity, 20 sec at moderate intensity, or regular running speed, 10 sec near-maximal intensity sprint, immediately start the next 30 sec of interval, then 20 faster, then 10 the fastest...
