For the first time ever an all French side from Brittany has won the France & Channel Island Division of European GAA. Last Saturday the champions of Brittany, Liffré, beat all Irish side Jersey to be crowned true champions of France. There were many firsts for the France & Channel Islands Finals and in the Podcast, we hear from Brittany host club, Saint Brieuc, President Frances Renard, Guillaume Kerrien President of French Federation Football Gaelique, and from Liffre player and Brittany GAA PRO Andre Paquin. Week 4 of the Ladies Vanvouver Gaelic Football League saw the start of Round 2 of the Round Robin competition on Thursday with leaders JP Ryans and Vancouver Celts again impressing, and on Saturday we had the very first action in the inaugural Vancouver Men’s Gaelic Football Championship.
