Today that is the exact question we are going to be answering!  Now before I get into my thoughts here I want to give my disclaimer of it’s just that, these are my thoughts, these are my opinions, as someone who is the field of HR and how I view resume writing.  Ok, disclaimer over. It’s such a common question, and let me say this, I don’t want to upset anyone and I don’t want to offend anyone by answering this question. This is really meant for you guys to understand how I view this and how all the other recruiters I’ve talked to view this as well.
