Deborah Kang is currently serving as a Career Counselor at the University of San Francisco. She was born and raised in Southern California, but when her family moved to Georgia, she followed along and finished her degree in Public Policy at Georgia State University. It was there that Deborah was pulled into the world of student affairs and career development. She obtained a graduate degree in college student affairs administration, and moved with her partner and dog to the Bay Area. With her experiences as a first-generation student and daughter of immigrants, Deborah has connected with students and peers who advocate for all marginalized communities. She has developed and participated in several workshops concerning diversity, and claims that her life’s mission is to redefine professionalism in a more inclusive way. When she’s not working, you can catch her walking her dog with her partner, dancing, practicing yoga or sewing. Deborah shares how she was able to reflect on what she has accomplished to gain the confidence that she has today.  She also shares tips that you can use on your own journey to self confidence. She is a skilled multi-instrumentalist who not only records and produces her own music but films and edits her music videos with stunning visual results. She has released three independent albums to critical acclaim and her music has been featured in numerous national TV shows and ad campaigns.  She began her career performing cover songs on YouTube helping gain her several million video views and tens of thousands of subscribers and Facebook fans worldwide. In 2011, she successfully crossed over to an original artist releasing her self-produced, full length, debut album entitled, Grow. The album debuted at #18 on the iTunes Singer/Songwriter Chart and several of her singles have charted on the Top 10 of Amazon.com. Now, Mree has come full circle and her original songs are being covered regularly by a wide array of YouTube artists. Kristin Calabria is a theater artist and fitness professional hailing from the suburbs of Philadelphia. Kristin has always been a performer; she has been cultivating her skills as a musician (oboe, ukulele, guitar, and singing), actor, and writer from a young age. She graduated from Boston University's College of the Fine Arts and Prague Film School with a BFA in Acting. While in Boston, she had the pleasure of working with Company One as an Education Associate and helped to further develop the summer theater program for high school students. Since moving to NYC, she has starred in The Café Collections, the devised piece The Consensus Project, and the webseries Not So Common Sense and Middle SchooLOL. Kristin is a yoga and fitness instructor who believes in cultivating a strong sense of authentic self through movement and breath. Recently, Kristin developed her own class, the UPrise Flow. She also created a yoga program for high school students. Kristin actively teaches group classes and private sessions in NYC.
