The Gratitude Podcast - Stories That Inspire Positive Thinking & Gratitude
Summary: Gratitude is the one thing that helped me most in my life from all the personal development and spiritual practices that I did and that’s why I want to inspire 100.000 people to discover how to feel grateful more often and live a happy life. "It's not happiness that makes us grateful; it's gratefulness that makes us happy." - David Steindl-Rast I do this by interviewing successful people and getting them to share fascinating stories about how gratitude has helped them get to where they are now. Ancient texts and archaeological excavations show the use of perfumes in some of the earliest human civilizations. Modern perfumery began in the late 19th century with the commercial synthesis of aroma compounds such as vanillin or coumarin, which allowed for the composition of perfumes with smells previously unattainable solely from natural aromatics alone. So this means that we're now enjoying many more fragrances than we used to in the past, the world got more abundant from a scents perspective. :) Become a supporter of this podcast: https://anchor.fm/the-gratitude-podcast/support

Creating outer harmony (your home or desk), can lead to inner harmony, plus throwing away things or donating them can give you more space for gratitude. This is my conclusion after my girlfriend initiative with tidying up. It might work great for you as well. :) In the end I'm thankful for her making me do this! Thank you, Andrada! :* PS: there's this book I've heard great things about on Tidying Up: http://tidyingup.com Become a supporter of this podcast: https://anchor.fm/the-gratitude-podcast/support

Lets have a conversation: www.georgianbenta.com/delicious The Deliciously Grateful Life Support Circle & Mastermind: Since I began the podcast, I wanted to create a space for people that are on this path, like me, to be able to help each other and have a positive social influence (you're the average of the 5 people you spend most time with). I've done this in the past with groups on emotional intelligence, and they were great, I've learned a lot and I believe that the gratitude support circle can be even better. There was a thunderstorm here and afterwards a lot of emergency vehicles were on the streets, instead of getting mad, I chose to appreciate their presence for the people that need it.
