Jessica Clayton, the program and development director of the  Spokane Area Workforce Development Council, joins the program to discuss a unique program called the Next Generation Zone. Jessica discusses the history of the program, why it was created, and the benefits of creating a space for young adults where they could receive multiples services in one location.
