 043: My 13 Secrets To Self Love | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 00:30:05

Self-Love: two buzz words we hear so often. The questions that immediately pop up for us are “What even is self-love, and how do you actually do it?" In today's @bucciradio episode, we dive into exactly that - and no B.S. This is real stuff that I do, and that you can start doing as well. Learning how to love myself fully is one of the most important things I have ever, ever learned how to do (and I'm still learning). I used to be constantly disrespectful to myself, my body, and mostly my mind. I’d keep negative people in my life for way too long, I’d let people walk all over me, I’d tell myself mean things way too often. Over the years, I’ve made SO much progress toward self-love, and I can now confidently say that I absolutely love myself, and all that I am. I am proud of who I am. and You can be too. My hope for every one listening is that if you’re NOT there yet, this episode can be the catalyst that ignites your fire to apply what you learn to your own life. ______________________________________________ “At the end of the day, caring about what other people think about you is holding you back from being yourself.” ______________________________________________ You can join the Bucci Radio VIP Community by clicking the link if you love the podcast so much, and want extra episodes with my thoughts of previous interviews + more Q&As! xo Amanda

039: Mike DiMarco - Shredz Co-Owner, Chiropractor, & Creating Something Bigger Than Yourself | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 00:51:24

Today’s Bucci Radio guest is Dr. Mike DiMarco! Mike is the co-founder of Shredz Supplements (a very popular supplement company), a Dr. Of Chiropractic Therapy, a podcast host (SoulAbility), and an entrepreneur! We met because we are in - THE BEST ;) - mastermind together, The School of Greatness with Lewis Howes. In the episode, we discuss that there are actually a ton of ways that you can relate fitness to business and life. One of my favorite things we talk about is visualization. When you’re training, you try to visualize what you want to look like and how you’re gonna get there, and then create a system and you track your progress and stats. This is 100% the SAME for business and personal growth. We also dive into Shredz, and how it came to be such a massive, recognizable brand in the fitness industry. In this episode, you’ll learn some things that DIDN’T work for Mike in the business space with both Shredz and Chiropractic business, rumors about Shredz de-bunked, and some info about the behind the scenes work that goes into creating something bigger than yourself, as well as how other people are truly what's cultivating who YOU are. www.amandabucci.com/mikedimarcobucciradio xo Amanda

035: Eating Out and Staying On Track | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 00:39:51

Wanna know I eat out at least 2-3x a week, and can STILL stay on track with my fitness goals? - In today's episode of @bucciradio , that's exactly what I wanted to show you how to do for yourself. - I wanted to cover a highly requested topic that I get asked constantly (especially from those of you who follow my Instagram stories over on @amandabuccifit , team #MacroEstimating where you at?!). - This is something that took me a lot of practice to master, but I was that crazy person who practiced weighing my food and visualizing portion sizes at all different kinds of public locations - Yep, food scale and all (I was prepping for a competition and took my IIFYM v seriously). - I want to show you how I do it now (without the scale) so you can feel confident to go out to eat with friends, family, or coworkers without the added stress of the outing affecting your progress. - Find out all the details of today's episode! - You can join the Bucci Radio VIP Community by heading to patreon.com/bucciradio if you love the podcast so much, and want extra episodes of my thoughts of previous interviews + more Q&As!
