Dan explains the analytics in baseball and what statistics are important. He projects players like Andrew Benintendi and explains why the same managers are rotated around MLB. 

Tim Dillard stops by share how he got started making funny videos while in professional baseball. Tim has just completed his 15th season. Playing in the MLB has always been his ultimate goal and he has achieved that dream. He is now working hard to get back there. Baseball is such a tough sport and when you listen to this episode you get reminded that you need to have fun, it is a kids game after all. 

Making his Major League debut this past season Jacob May stops by to discuss the feeling of stepping in-between the white lines in the big leagues. In this episode Jacob talks about some of the adjustments that he had to make from the minors to the MLB and why hitting big league pitching is so hard. A 2018 MLB draft prospect Nick Northcut stops by to discuss his crazy schedule and what a typical day looks like for him. Nick is a Vanderbilt baseball commit but is likely to be drafted in the top part of the MLB draft this upcoming season. In this episode Nick talks about his college recruitment and advice he has for other players who are currently getting recruited. You will enjoy meeting someone who has the chance to be playing in the MLB sometime soon!

Cordell Greene is currently a free agent and is hoping to get signed by an organization this spring. Reaching the mid 90s as a RHP he should get plenty of notice when he starts working out for teams. He attended four different colleges as a position player and a pitcher. Injuries and coaching changes made it difficult to find a home. Cordell runs an Instagram page where he tries to inspire as many players as possible. He has nearly 60 thousand followers. 

In this episode Dan talks about his rise from a college walk on to a catcher in the New York Mets organization. Some of the things that he wants to improve upon in 2018 and why playing in the minor leagues is so tough. Clifford Brown is a trainer to several MLB and NFL players. In this episode he talks about his rise as a strength and conditioning coach as well as his training methods. Clifford also takes us through a typical day of training for one of his athletes.

George Foster, an 18 year MLB veteran who finished an outstanding career with numerous accolades including an NL MVP award, 5x All Star, 2x World Series Champion, 3x NL RBI Leader, 2x NL home run leader, and a silver slugger award. . We talk about particular teammates of his including Pete Rose and Willie Mays. How he was able to breakout and hit 52HR to go along with a 320AVG and 149RBI to win the NL MVP award.
