Katie J Redstar lost her hearing completely aged 3.  Growing up, she was told that certain things were no longer possible for her and that being profoundly deaf was who she was now... ...Katie disagreed! She is now an Actress, an Author and a language coach who helps profoundly deaf children and their families to have better communication.  She believes that it doesn't matter what label you've been given, it doesn't define who you are and that ANYTHING is possible if you want it badly enough!

Nichole is a coach for high performers and is trained in NLP.  She says... After finding out that her two teenage daughters had been molested, Altovise Pelzer found herself confronted with the anger and unresolved emotions of her own experience of being molested as a child and chose to speak out about her experience. Today, as a victor over molestation, Altovise now helps others to find their voice after abuse and share their own stories in order to give hope and comfort to others.

So this episode features my gorgeous friend Brett Moran.  Brett is a Transformational Life Coach, devoted Yogi and the host of amazing retreats in the UK, Ibiza and Thailand where he now lives. His story is one of epic transformation, awakening and is one of the most inspiring stories I've heard!

"I won't give up my life to chase my legs"... This is what Georgie Budd said to me when I sat down with her today to talk about the horrific car accident which saw her paralysed as a result. Despite this devastating diagnosis Georgie returned to her beloved work as an A&E doctor just one year after her accident and is now on a mission to inspire and motivate the young Doctors she teaches, the countless patients she helps and anyone else who is facing life under new, unplanned circumstances.

In this episode I was really intrigued to chat with Marina Darlow who is a Systems Consultant for heart-centred businesses.  We chatted about how implementing systems in business AND life can help to reduce the anxiety and overwhelm that so many of us struggle with.

Mili Metz is a Professor, Consultant and Non-profit CLO with Doctoral training in counselling psychology and in this episode she chatted to me about the ways in which we can step up to be the Leader in our own life! Mili was passionate about joining me on the podcast because she wants to decrease the mental health help-seeking stigma and provide psycho-education to a wider audience.
