Blake Snell was dealing on Sunday, striking out the first 7 batters he faced but the bullpen gave up the lead in the 8th as they lose 2-1 to the Mariners and get swept there for the 3rd straight season. Also Chris Archer is questionable for his next start and Rays pitching coach Kyle Snyder stayed in a Seattle hospital with a 'personal medical issue.' The Tampa Bay Lightning cleaned out their lockers less than 24 hours after losing Game 7 to the Capitals. The Lightning face the Capitals tonight in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals with a berth in the Stanley Cup final on the line as we talk to Tom Jones about the matchup. Plus the Rays lose to Boston and they lose Jake Faria to an oblique strain but Willy Adames made his MLB debut and took Chris Sale yard, the Bucs OTAs continue and USF will play Florida 3 times in football in the seasons to come.

The Tampa Bay Lightning miss an opportunity to close out the Capitals in Washington so there will be a Game 7 in Tampa on Wednesday night with a berth in the Stanley Cup Final on the line. Andrei Vasilevskiy was fantastic but the Lightning couldn't match the Capitals intensity and physicality as they get shut out 3-0.

The Tampa Bay Lightning are in Washington trying to close out the Eastern Conference Final in 6 games so we talk to Tom Jones about the game and why Andrei Vasilevskiy and the defense is playing so well. Plus the Rays rattled off 6 wins in a row to get back to .500 before losing to Shohei Ohtani on Sunday and Bucs QB Jameis Winston got engaged.
