This is an important discussion to talk about as women often feel shamed and made to feel embarrassed about this topic. Men and women both need to be a part of the conversation and be made to feel like its not a gross or disgusting thing to talk about but something that we can freely talk about. The conclusion we came to is that it really doesn't matter what your outward appearance is, we all deal with the same challenges and internal difficulties with body image and if we can all be kinder to one and other, and to ourselves, we would be a whole lot better off!
