Summary: Committed Physiques Radio is a platform for transparency, inspiration and motivation. Each episode will bring you into the life of a new influencer in the fitness industry and share their journey on how they got to where they are today. Life presents struggles and hardships and overcoming these can shape who we are. The competing world changed host Joseph Sheehey\'s life and there are many people he has met along his journey into the fitness industry that have similar stories. In additions to the stories, we also discuss training, nutrition and contest prep, because that is who we are, competitors.. and we love the lifestyle!

After turning pro as a welterweight bodybuilder Santi went through an intense gaining phase to compete in 212 and then ended up going to classic physique where he then needed to be 174lbs. Monica Ellis became interested in health and fitness at a young age and this has proved very beneficial in her journey to the woman she has become today. After an expensive year of competing and getting married Monica, found herself overeating as she thought she was doing something beneficial to get her ready for the pro stage. It took nearly 6 months for her to lose the 20 extra pounds she had gained and she shares the knowledge regarding off season with a proper approach. Linda Illerstam lost her mother to breast cancer when she was 16 years old. This event has played a huge role in the woman she has become today. In addition to this, Linda had an unhealthy relationship with exercising, but Linda has found herself through competing and taking a new approach to fitness. The likes of Optimum Nutrition have discovered Linda's story and brought her on board to create a lasting impact in the industry. Garrott Coelho turned pro as a Men's Physique competitor and quickly shifted to the new Classic Physique division after feedback that he was to big to be in Men's Physique anymore. This Episode dives in to his transformation into the new division. Competing at about 225 in Men's Physique and only having a few pounds to play with it switching divisions made things a bit tricky. Garrott shares stories from this year in the new division including a prep where he had to lose 27 pounds in 3 days to make weight.

In this episode Eva also shares a bunch of information on the tactics that helped turn her pro and win the 2016 USA Overall Bikini Title.
