Lindsay McDougall is one of Australia's icons of alternative culture. Dwayne Martens is the founder and CEO of Amazonia, an incredibly successful health food and supplement company that he started in a juice stall in the Fremantle markets - and is now worth eight figures.  Dwayne is a brilliant CEO, a super successful manager, expert marketer and forward-thinking leader.  His view on the place he and his company have in the market is unique.
