 4 - Pascal's Wager | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1549

Forrest and Spencer are joined this week by Andre as they discuss Pascal's Wager, the lottery of apologetic arguments. This argument is probably the most common one believers put forth. You've probably heard Pascal's Wager as "but, what if you're wrong?" So, in the face of Pascal's Wager, will the boys go all in with a leap of faith or should the apologist just fold? Only one way to find out! Take your pants off, it's time for Sunday School'd.

 6 - Racism & Religion in a Purple Tunic | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 4218

Guest Vocab Malone, a pastor at Roosevelt Community Church and host of Backpack Radio, joins Andre, Spencer, and Forrest to discuss the Black Hebrew Israelites, a growing cult which promotes racism and the afterlife enslavement of all ethnicities who are not God's chosen people. This show's discussion covers the history of the Black Hebrew Israelites, their beliefs and practices, as well as the experiences Andre and Vocab had when interacting with local Black Hebrew Israelites groups. On a less serious note, in this show, we finally answer the question of which Marvel Comics character is most qualified to be worshipped. Also, Serah Blain has been a lobbyist for Secular Coalition for Arizona. Currently, she is serving on the boards of the Arizona Interfaith Movement and of the Secular Student Alliance.  2 - Design Part II: Fine Tuning | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1561

Forrest and Spencer look at another aspect of the design argument, the fine tuning of the universe. This argument focuses on the physical constants which allow for the building blocks and environments that life requires. The fine tuning argument is unique in that it is based off scientific developments of the last hundred years. What do you think about the fine tuning argument? Did we miss any objections? Is the fine tuning argument completely valid? Are we just straw-manning jerks with a microphone? Let us know in the comments!

 1 - Deconstructing the Design Argument | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1607

For the first episode of Sunday School'd, Forrest and Spencer take a look at the argument from design and lay out some basic objections to it. What do you think? Is the design argument valid? What objections did we miss? Continue the conversation in the comments!

 4 - "On the Historicity of Jesus" | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 4123

 3 - Debating Religion w/ Friends | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 3827

Andre, Forrest, and Spencer discuss "Debating Religion with Friend" with guest Trevor Bush. The discussion covered the idea of relational apologetics and discussing religion as friends rather than adversaries. Homosexuality came to dominate the discussion in the end with the questions "How does one discuss beliefs with friends when those beliefs are judging, not what somebody does, but who they are?". Our Guest: Trevor Bush is the current Director of Christian Challenge at ASU. He has been in full time ministry for 13 years. Trevor obtained is bachelor's degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management at Northern Arizona University in 1998 and his Master of Divinity degree from Denver Seminary in 2005.  1 - Answering the Fool | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 4202

The topic of this podcast, "Answering the Fool", is borrowed from the less than charitable title of Sye Ten Bruggencate's documentary "How to Answer the Fool". This podcast is a discussion on the debate between Matt Dillahunty and Sye Ten Bruggencate, as well as the debate between Bill Nye and Ken Ham, and the larger issue of whether or not debates of this sort should take place at all. We do not debate gravity or germ theory, so why debate evolution or debate a presuppositionalist? What are the merits to such a debate, if there are any at all? Send us your feedback on the podcast and your thoughts on the topic by commenting below, or emailing mail@unbelieversradio.com.   Barna Group poll: https://www.barna.org/barna-update/article/16-teensnext-gen/147-most-twentysomethings-put-christianity-on-the-shelf-following-spiritually-active-teen-years#.U5oujY1dVgY USA Today study: http://usatoday30.usatoday.com/printedition/life/20070807/d_churchdropout07.art.htm   --------UPDATE--------At Unbelievers Radio we believe in not only promoting intellectual honesty in others, but in ourselves as well. In that spirit, we issue this correction and apology. Andre had brought up a meme during the podcast that does not portray an argument of Sye Ten Bruggencate's in the fairest light. When you include what Sye Ten Bruggencate had said before what's presented in the meme and podcast, it becomes more coherent and valid:1. If the Quran is true, then the Bible is true.(Basic)2. The Quran says the Bible is the word of God. (Basic)3. The Quran says the word of God is incorruptible. (Basic)4. The Quran says the Bible has been corrupted. (Basic)5. According to the Quran, the Bible is word of God and corrupted. (From 2, 4)6. Therefore, the Quran is false. (From 3, 5)  Here's a link to this part of the debate: http://youtu.be/OL8LREmbDi0?t=1h19m30s Everyone makes mistakes like this, what's important is admitting when we do.
