In this week's episode, here's what we discussed; Can someone please help with understanding the inverted ratio. There was only one case study displaying it in module 2, and not much info explaining it except for a list of a few possibilities as to why it could be. When I was going through module 2, I was confused about what an inverted ratio really meant, and what too anabolic means. I have a grip on too catabolic, that seems to be every other case study and the standard of metabolic chaos. But what is too anabolic? It freaked me out big time, when my results came back with an inverted ratio and my mentor said I was too anabolic. If I don’t correlate with the list of possibilities, then what could be going on, and is this then considered worse than being too catabolic?Caller: Had to take Antibiotic for a tooth infection.
