 065 - Ross Fletcher | File Type: text/html | Duration: 3025

Ross Fletcher's command of the English language puts him into a category few of us will ever excel to reach. We know Ross for his work with the Seattle Sounders FC, but as a BBC trained journalist, the additional fields he's covered include economics, armed conflict, and a chat or two (presumably over tea) with the English Prime Minister. All the while, Ross can make me smile widely with his quips, charm, and incredible British vocabulary.

 064 - Nikko Mamallo | File Type: text/html | Duration: 2673

Nikko's interests take him all over the country - often times 10,000 feet above it, too. I know him from his time as President of The End - that used to be a thing - but he's one of the hardest working creative individuals I've met in Seattle. For example - he's put in almost 900 jumps from high above the Earth, plummeting and sailing back to safety in just the last 3 years!

 063 - Andrew Ginn | File Type: text/html | Duration: 3656

Andrew Ginn is a big part in running the Seattle Drum School of Music - a place musicians go to get some lessons from pros or to get serious about honing their skills with a certificate class playing the drums. Andrew's story revolves around the PNW, and as we watch the past get pulled down and replaced by a new era, he's the type of guy that still shines the weirdness of Seattle.

 062 - Jim Petosa - Barsuk Records | File Type: text/html | Duration: 2769

We cover a lot of ground on this episode from me owing Barsuk Records money, to growing up attending M's games at the Kingdome. Jim is a rad guy that's a rare breed: a lifetime Seattlite.

 061 - Jet City Saber Guild | File Type: text/html | Duration: 2733

With the insane buzz flying around Star Wars Episode VII it feels like you can't escape seeing the face of Kylo Ren on everything down to bottles of water and tangerines, but it's not all just making money on marketing. One group particularily benefitting from the buzzing of the force is the Jet City Saber Guild, a group of performing/battling swordsmen and women recognized by Lucas Film for their dedication to Star Wars performance. Adrienne and Matt from JCSG tell us all about it and invite you come try it out! email:jetcitysaberguild@gmail.comsaberguild.org

 060 - Hugo Garcia | File Type: text/html | Duration: 3048

I first met Hugo Garcia before we sat down in the booth at Starfire Stadium to cover Seattle Sounders FC 2 matches in 2015. We met to record his podcast, SonarFeed, and talk soccer. He's the in stadium announcer for SSFC2 in both english and spanish, a huge Seahawks fan, and a dude making a difference in our community with... banking?!

 059 - Stormy Keffeler | File Type: text/html | Duration: 1943

Stormy went from being a street teamer at The End, to professional football player for the Seattle Mist, to Miss Washington USA! What a journey. She crowned me Miss Washington for a minute - i felt very pretty.

 058 - Brad Adam | File Type: text/html | Duration: 4493

Brad Adam, television personality for Root Sports, covers the Seattle Mariners through the longest season in sports - 162 games per year! It's fun having a chat with another broadcaster from a different field. Brad joined The Mariners when they were literally at their best and he's full of stories - Sweet Lou: terrible with names... real bad. He tells us the ins and outs of traveling, the daily grind, and how golf can boost your standing amongst millionaires!

 057 - Andrew McMahon | File Type: text/html | Duration: 1879

Welcome to third-wave Andrew McMahon - here's a chat with a dude celebrating one year of an awesome project and 10 years free of cancer! Frankly, I was surprised after hanging out that this isn't just a squeaky clean dude helping adolescents with cancer cope, but Andrew is a man that still loves being on the road - traveling the world with a sense of mischief in there - a traveling Peter Pan of sorts!

 056 - Jay Cox | File Type: text/html | Duration: 2514

The whole point of this podcast was to meet people that I found interesting and get their story. Sometimes, I don't have a single notion of who they are or what their background is. Jay is a dude that I met because of Do206, but as I started to mention his name to other rad people in town, his story got more complex and interesting to me. A musician that has a ton of East coast roots, yet, managed to land far away from the days of easy weekend touring, Jay has been working the 17 corners of any Seattle room for more than a decade.

 055 - Christen Greene | File Type: text/html | Duration: 2289

Christen is quiet, cool, and love making fun of former End host, Bryce, as much as I do - he's the worst. Christen got to ride one of the coolest success stories of the 20-teens when her company Onto Entertainment signed The Lumineers as a client and managed the road to their GIANT, world-wide success. Onto is pretty awesome, they also manage local artists like Hey Marseilles - I think Sam (cello) even works there - he's always hanging out t the very least!

 054 - Joe Hammill | File Type: text/html | Duration: 4795

Joe Hammill and a team of pals gathered their collective strengths to attempt one of the most difficult adventures I've ever heard. Rarely have I underestimated someone's journey any more than this, and owe everyone who's ever attempted this another notch of respect. Falling six and half stories down an ice crevice seems like about the worst, the idea of walking across one on a ladder made my stomach sink. This story is epic, emotional, and simply sensational. Please take your time and enjoy.

 053 - Ian Imhof | File Type: text/html | Duration: 3553

For twenty years I've worked around people in a business for making entertainment. Typically, I'm only around music so the worlds of visual enticement are beyond my knowledge, but I've been around music for all my life. What I've never had the pleasure of trying is running my own indie label. Ian Imhof already had aspirations of punk rock before even getting out of high school. He turn that enthusiasm into a job in Seattle bringing up one of the biggest alternative bands of the last 5 years, and now is hoping to take a lovely Seattle artist and give her wings.

 052 - James Woollard | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 45:49

There are so many components that build together to make the perfect concert or sporting atmosphere. Most of the things we’re aware of happen in front of our eyes – a light drizzle leads to someone dropping the ball at a Hawks game. Tyler jumps over his keyboard during a Twenty One Pilots show. A player makes a rad diving play on the beautiful green grass. But the people behind the scenes making sure the lighting is perfect, the sound is great: they’re the unsung spectacle of large scale social emotion. James is the booming voice that steers emotions at CenturyLink Field when Seattle Sounders FC take the pitch.
