Courtney’s creativity manifests with music, reading, journaling, writing and making photo chains while enjoys chronicling a healthy lifestyle. The Gift of Giving reporter, Katelyn Darrow provides ways to make original and beautiful masterpieces, including hosting a scrapbook party with friends to share materials and the fun. Joseph Reilly, a Starshine Academy high school senior, chats with our hosts about his plans to join the military following in the footsteps of his father who also was a radio DJ after he graduates and is married. His creativity is exhibited as he dabbles as a Tv/radio reporter and producer covering school events. Whether you scrapbook, photograph, craft, draw, paint, write, or play music, be your innovative, original self. In other words, always be the star you are and shine!

Everyone has to eat, but not everyone knows how to cook. Hosts Youngjoo Ahn and Asya Gonzalez are kids in the kitchen as they interview a young baker/candle maker, LAFD firefighter/cook, and Health Beat Reporter, Nicole Eubanks. Nicole admits to always being starving when she gets home from school and dishes up simple ways to cook up batches of nutritious, delicious foods to have ready to munch. Asya’s youngest brother, Nolan, loves to bake and prefers to be in the kitchen making his Chum Bucket Candles or baking cookies instead of being on the radio talking about cooking.
