A physician by day and a soul singer by night, Bellamy took up singing as a hobby 10 years ago, paying dues in cover bands, musical theater (her role in an R&B version of “Porgy & Bess” impressed the New York Times), and with a one-woman show where she told stories of her life in between tunes. Bellamy’s path led to Ruth Carter (composer for Stevie Ray Vaughn, Robert Palmer, and John Mayall), bass playing legend Jimi Calhoun (player with Dr. John, Jimi Hendrix, John Lennon, Wilson Pickett, Sly Stone) and Jake Langley (Roberta Flack, Willie Nelson, k.d. lang), who mentored her, and became her co-writers. “It was when we got together for the first time to write that I realized the depth of their backgrounds,” Bellamy recalls. “They made me feel comfortable.” With her debut album released on May 14th, Bellamy can say she’s a singer just as easily as she can say she’s a doctor. “Several people have asked why I am pursuing music when I already have a good job,” she muses. “The answer is simple – because I love it.”

The combination of beauty, talent, and brains is rarely personified in an individual as young and poised as multi-genre singer/songwriter Devyn Rose, but in this case there is simply no denying it. Born in Mt. Vernon, NY, she began her love of music at a very young age singing in a church choir. At the age of 7 he began recording and touring with a local gospel group. After accomplishing a hit on Christian radio and many shows, Keithian was introduced to a Warner Brothers Record Executive, who wanted him to be a member of a preteen boy group. The group ended up signing a major label deal and working on their debut album. After a few years of performing and recording with the group and the failed success of an album, the group disbanded. Although the group did not work, Keithian was determined to grab his spot in the music industry so he began writing and producing songs for artist like Jennifer Hudson, Cat Dolls, Danity Kane, Chris Brown, and etc. He was also a musician for acts like Jojo and Jessica Simpson on tour and most recently served as assistant musical director for Nicki Minaj’s notorious Grammy performance.One night while in the studio, Keithian got word that his beloved grandmother had passed. She had been extremely supportive of his career and always encouraged him to keep working at his craft. He was heartbroken and felt hopeless for a few months, but found the encouragement to continue after remembering her last words to him, “ Never Stop Striving For Your Dream For It Is Bigger Than You”.Today Keithian works as a songwriter/producer for many artist and has worked with several producers like Will.I.Am, The Underdogs, Swiss Beats, and many more.
