The housing crisis is insane and it is a lack of political will and not just homes that is to blame. So says Betsy Dillner, director of campaign group Generation Rent. In this podcast she tells CWU Youth why the battle is one that we can win, but that first the organisation has to face down a threat to its very existence. What if your union membership put you on a list of people not to be employed? Surely such a thing only happens in far off, far away places with poor records on human rights? Wrong. It happened here in the UK very recently and may still be going on. Exposing and ending this scandal is the aim of the Blacklisted Support Group.
