I first want to say THANK YOU to the anonymous person that recorded and published this great audio..it took real guts & helps to expose the sick, perverted nature of Mormon doctrine & their leaders! This Bishop is a complete disgrace and despicable human being!! Sounds a lot like my perverted, psycho, masturbation obsessed Mission President!! This is the sick, perverted attitude of the average Bishop or Stake President, who as he directly says, get their training from Seventies, who get their training from Apostles, right to the top, Thomas S. Monson, the Mormon Prophet of fraud and shame! This abuse of children by Mormon Leaders needs to end NOW!! 7-8 year old little kids? REALLY? I've known about this for a while now & spoken about it a lot(Listen to EX-MORMON RANT #1)..now we have ACTUAL RECORDED PROOF that it's going on & MORMON DOCTRINE & TRAINING for the Bishops to do it, straight from Thomas S. Monson. THIS IS REQUIRED OF THEM FROM THE TOP!! The Bishop left out one type of sex abuser in his lengthy list of threats to children and probably the biggest one..MORMON BISHOPS & STAKE PRESIDENTS. Many have been convicted just over the last 8 years. Timothy McCleeve, Bishop of Harrisville, utah & the Stake President Clayton R. Hildreth, from Billings, Montana, who went by the name "Sexy Montana Gentleman," when he was trying to pick up a 14 year old girl in Boise to have sex with her. Glad it was an undercover Boise police officer instead. They were waiting for him when he showed up, driving all the way to Boise from Montana, showing up with "three condoms, a gift of thong underwear and a digital camera." Even a Seventy, George P. Lee, in the 80s was a pedophile(just "emulating the example"..as Thomas S. Monson teaches we should all do, of the original Mormon pedophile Joseph Smith Jr.) and his speeches are STILL posted on LDS.ORG, because Mormon Leaders support pedophiles & even command us to forgive them or we're the bad guys & sinners..REALLY?! And those are only a few examples of the cases we know about..how many other cases are there that we haven't even heard about yet, that have been covered up? I love how they always claim innocence & then admit they did it when the facts & witnesses surface. This was a lecture given by the great Grant H. Palmer at the Salt Lake City Library, Nov. 6, 2013, at 7:00 pm. Grant is an Author and retired CES director of 34 years. He is most well known for his amazing book "An Insider's View of Mormon Origins." That book has helped countless thousands of people to leave the church. The book was sold for almost 2 years at the Mormon/LDS/Jesus owned and operated Deseret bookstores, approved by Sheri Dew herself & the Prophet Gordon B. Hinckley at the time. After officially selling his book, on the shelf, for almost 2 years, they pulled it off the shelf & disfellowshipped Grant for writing the very book they had been selling and profiting from. Was anyone at Deseret Book punished for stocking and selling the book? OF COURSE NOT! They're all just men and women who make mistakes, right? What did Grant Palmer do that was worse than what John Dehlin has said or done over the last 8+ years? Has John Dehlin been punished? NOPE! In fact John takes it MUCH, MUCH further that grant over his hundreds of hours of podcasts and has even interviewed Grant Palmer twice, giving him a forum to share his research & information. So Grant gets punished for his beliefs, but John can give him a public forum in which to share them? Ironic, ain't it?! Oh, by the way, if you call Deseret book today and ask them to order Grant's book for you, they still will. It's very much available, just not on the shelf..you know, that whole image thing Mormonism has going on. I called Deseret Book myself & recorded the call, as proof for everyone, as I knew they'd lie and deny it. It's on my Exposing Mormonism website under "calls" for those that want to hear it. I'll release it here in iTunes as well. By the way, the ONLY reason Grant Palmer wasn't excommunicated, was because his particular Stake President doesn't excommunicate ANYONE. In most cases, any other Stake President would've excommunicated him. Grant just got lucky to have a Stake President who didn't excommunicate. Although, he still put him through 7 hours of pure hell! Palmer stated in a Mormon Stories interview in 2012, that due to the publication of a two and half page article in 2010, "Religious feeling and truth", for an obscure Baptist journal in Kansas City, a second disciplinary council was scheduled. Palmer handed in his resignation before the hearing was held. Several reasons led to his decision, mainly, that the first disciplinary council lasted an exhausting seven hours and he did not want to repeat that experience and also that the presiding authority of the second council, let him know beforehand, that to stay a member and avoid excommunication, he would need to repudiate all of the details from his book and also regain his testimony of the church. Uh yeah, NOT GONNA HAPPEN PAL! This lecture was on Joseph Smith's changing view of God as seen in his evolving First Vision accounts. I recently called up Jesus'(The MORmON'S) Deseret bookstore, to see if I could still buy Grant Palmer's famous, controversial and liberating book, "An Insider's View of Mormon Origins" and not surprisingly, the answer is STILL YES!(I also verify that Todd Compton's "In Sacred Loneliness" about Joe's Polygamous wives, is still available for special order too, which they recently removed from their shelves, after 10 years. It was still one of their best sellers!) Of course it is ONLY by special order through the Mormon Jesus, as it's been officially off the shelf since I think December of 2004, right before Grant's court. Of course Grant Palmer was famously threatened and then disfellowshipped for writing the very book that they sold and profited from for almost 2 years. Nobody at Deseret book from the Mormon Prophet himself to the CEO, Sheri Dew of Jesus'/The Mormon's bookstore was ever held accountable or punished for selling and profiting from such an "evil" book, that destroyed faith and so many testimonies, warranting PUNISHMENT in a "COURT OF LOVE!" Which reminds me, hasn't Mormon Apostle Jeffrey Holland's new BFF John Dehlin(hundreds of hours of podcasts exposing the cult!) done FAR WORSE then write one book, in exposing all the same things Grant Palmer exposed about the Mormon church, plus a whole lot more?! John Dehlin has even, thankfully, given Grant Palmer a platform to TWICE, expose the lies, fraud and atrocities of Mormonism! Remind me again why John Dehlin hasn't been disfellowshipped or excommunicated? Two words..JEFFREY HOLLAND!! Does he have something on him or what? What common ground have these two "opposite ends of the spectrum" found? It would be like Joseph Smith jr. and William Law becoming BFFs AFTER he wrote the Nauvoo Expositor..NOT GONNA HAPPEN! But that's Mormon justice for you!! I'm just saying that if John Dehlin can do what he has done and get away with it, then NO ONE else should EVER be disciplined(disfellowshipped or excommunicated) for questioning the truthfulness of the Mormon cult or exposing its fraud and lies! Not everyone is so lucky(or unfortunate) to have a MORmON ASSpostHOLE in their back pocket like Dehlin does! Anyway, I just wanted some additional evidence that not only was it sold by Deseret bookstores, but is STILL being sold and available to anyone that calls and asks them to order it. This is Kind of like hypocritically selling Darron Smith's book "Black and Mormon" at the BYU bookstore up until at least May of 2012, the last time I posted a working link to it on Twitter. @exmormon Of course Darron Smith was FIRED from BYU for writing and discussing the book they sold and profited from..sound familiar? Hell, they sold it until AT LEAST May of 2012, as I've mentioned and proven! What was Darron Smith's biggest crime, besides writing his "evil, vile" book full of truth, sold by BYU until at least May of 2012? He simply wanted AN APOLOGY for the horrific, racist Mormon teachings and doctrines, that HE and ALL BLACKS were "cursed" as the "seed of Cain" and "cursed with flat noses and black skin" and in the pre-existence, barely chose God's plan. As Gordon B. Hinckley famously put it, to Mike Wallace: "little flicks of history!" Yeah, that was a lot to ask, of a multi-BILLION dollar corporation CULT, that doesn't give a d-a-m-n about him or any other black person in the world! I recently called up Jesus'(The MORmON'S) Deseret bookstore, to see if I could still buy Grant Palmer's famous, controversial and liberating book, "An Insider's View of Mormon Origins" and not surprisingly, the answer is STILL YES!(I also verify that Todd Compton's "In Sacred Loneliness" about Joe's Polygamous wives, is still available for special order too, which they recently removed from their shelves, after 10 years. It was still one of their best sellers!)
