Then, Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers are back in print on DVD with three classics: Roberta (1935), Carefree (1938), and The Story of Vernon and Irene Castle (1939).

KidsWB comes to DVD with Xiaolin Showdown Season 3 (2005-6) - a fantastical adventure with the soul of a comedy. Next up, from the creative team behind the irreverent, award-winning comedy Childrens Hospital comes Newsreaders Season 1 (2013) on DVD - the series explores the vital issues that actually don't affect us every day. Take your front-row seats to the best variety show of rarities from the Jazz Age, as the vaunted and venerable Vitaphone sound shorts present a third DVD collection of vintage Vaudeville and more with Vitaphone Varieties Volume 3 (1928-29). The Girl and the General (1967) is a haunting Italian neorealist dramedy about an Italian private, Umberto Orsini, who captures an Austrian general, Rod Steiger. Then we wrap the podcast up with a Flashback discussion of the 2010 release of the must-see oddball classic, Gabriel Over the White House (1933) starring Walter Huston and Franchot Tone.

Two sci-fi classics come to Blu-Ray! It's cowboys versus dinosaurs as FX man extraordinaire Ray Harryhausen animates The Valley of Gwangi (1969). Animation's The Zeta Project is a spin-off series based on the character Zeta from Batman Beyond. Then we turn to some second TV seasons new to DVD including JAMIE FOXX SHOW Season 2 (1997-98) and WHAT I LIKE ABOUT YOU Season 2 (2003-04) starring Amanda Bynes and Jennie Garth. Then to cap it off we anticipate the new FOX TV series Feud about the battle of wills between superstars Bette Davis and Joan Crawford during the making of the must-see-classic WHATEVER HAPPENED TO BABY JANE? (1962).

Then we chat about four MGM Dream Factory classics new To DVD including A Lady's Morals (1930) with soprano Grace Moore, the killer comedy Whistling in the Dark (1933) with Ernest Truex and Una Merkel, the divorce drama Woman Against Woman (1938) with Mary Astor, and Challenge to Lassie (1949) starring the beloved dog in Edinburgh's beloved 19th century true Terrier tale, "Greyfriars Bobby."

Sydney Pollack's ground-breaking cinema blend, The Yakuza (1974) starring Robert Mitchum, arrives on a newly remastered 1080p HD Blu-ray with all honor restored. And now, here they are - back in print on DVD - Wacky Races:The Complete Series (1968-70) featuring Hanna-Barbera's most daredevil group of daffy drivers to ever whirl their wheels. Also Back in Print on DVD we chat about Camille (1936) starring Greta Garbo at her finest, two entries from The Thin Man series, The Thin Man Goes Home (1945) and Song of the Thin Man (1947) starring William Powell and Myrna Loy, and finally The Star (1952) featuring Bette Davis as an aging movie queen.
