One change that can drastically help promote more housing affordability is reducing overall lot size.  The good news?  In many parts of the country it is on the decline.  Others, not so much. Many municipalities have minimum lot sizes and that can make housing unaffordable or unattainable in many areas.  This policy must be reconsidered if we want to help millennial home buyers have a chance at new homes. Our company has proudly used Kohler fixtures for over 45 years and as a Wisconsin company and product manufacturer Kohler has always been an industry leader and respected brand. You've probably heard the rhetoric around climate change recently.  Anytime there is an unusual weather pattern or event you can pretty much bet on activist groups and pundits coming out and asking for more legislation for climate change. Sorry to say this to you but throwing money and increasing the size of government is not going to affect climate change.   We debunk several of the main climate change arguments with science.  We also share how this fear tactic is being used to benefit certain people and companies, which is the true motivation behind much of this hysteria.   While we do believe in using sustainable materials, using energy efficient construction in homes, and protecting our natural resources, legislating for this only drives up costs of homes and does very little to solve the real problems.
