Summary: <p>One change that can drastically help promote more housing affordability is reducing overall lot size.  The good news?  In many parts of the country it is on the decline.  Others, not so much.</p> <p>Many municipalities have minimum lot sizes and that can make housing unaffordable or unattainable in many areas.  This policy must be reconsidered if we want to help millennial home buyers have a chance at new homes.</p> <p><br></p> <p>Thanks for listening!  Thanks for listening!
