Ted ventures out into the world and stumbles upon a student teacher kickball game, evoking his days as a teacher as well as his own glory days in a student-teacher basketball game. Then Ted takes everything off the docket. turns the comedy brain off and calls for quinoa, sweet potato, and push-ups. Then in "What Are You Watching" Ted faces the harsh truths in "When They See Us". The in "The Catch Up" Ted catches Keith Robinson with a dying battery and connects with Erin Foley finding her eager to catch up!

Ted takes in the sun & surf & leisure culture of California while thinking of push ups. In a moment of Seasoned Traveler Hubris, Ted has a scary moment all thanks to a blueberry scone at Au Bon Pain. Will he still be exit row material? In "NBA Roundup" Ted revels in the fact that his wife also loves Kawahi Leonard. And in "Old Bits" Ted take you through one of his classic routines. And in "The Catch Up" Ted finds Gina Yashere in the middle of buying a house and Tim Young willing to make time.

The Alexandro clan descends on the Poconos for a Memorial Day vacation wherein Ted does his best not to mention how big his nieces and nephews have gotten since last year while joining his family in a military style obstacle course. In "What Are You Watching?" Ted digs into "Fleabag". In "NBA Roundup" Ted talks Kawahi Leonard vs the Golden State Warriors. And in "The Catch Up" Ted cold-calls fellow comedian Jim Tews, and finds him at Starbucks secretly waiting for his call!

Ted takes in all the things he won't take in while playing Las Vegas, from gambling to late night Drake shows. From the comfort of his hotel, at a reasonable hour, Ted battles Alexa and chronicles his days working the Riviera, getting his balls busted by Steve Schirripa. Then in "NBA Roundabout" Ted gets excited about the playoffs, less so about Giannis Antetokounmpo's nickname. And in "The Catch Up" Ted calls Myka Fox and finds her on an important video conference call with them which she promptly mutes.

Ted's down south battling Garlic Night and getting served at every lunch counter in sight, which brings to mind the one summer weekend he spent in Boys State charming his drill sergeant while chanting and doing push ups. Then in a heartfelt Mother's Day segment Ted brags on his mom then wrestles with the ignominy of not being recognized at the very clubs he's performing at! Then Chad Daniels who divulges the secret to maintaining both a successful comedy career and a stable home life for his kids.

This week Ted's on the road - namely the L.I.E. which hosts his high school and college alma maters, which he reminds Jim Gaffigan of every time they take it. While in Long Island, Ted deals with some highly verbal audiences. Then in his dressing room Ted realizes he's in the showbiz as Don Henley and Patti LaBelle! And in "What Are You Watching?" Ted realizes, yes, he'd still love to be Mr. Rogers' neighbor! And in "The Catch-Up" Ted calls SNL alum Dean Edwards in the middle of major housing renovations!

With his wife in Hawaii, Ted contemplates the gap between plans vs what we do. Then Ted struggles with his entertainment choices while Madalyn is away, contemplates taking steroids, indulges his obsession with singing Easy Lover and falls back in with a tough crowd spending extra time socializing at the Comedy Cellar. In "Cooking with Ted" he whips up some vegan Cashew Pesto Pasta in the proper tone of voice. And in "The Catch Up" Laurie Kilmartin finally picks up Ted's call!

Ted copes with some alone time while his wife is in Hawaii without him and has lunch with his brother in law. Then in "What Are You Watching?" Ted catches up on Game of Thrones and muses on who would qualify to be a Dame or a Sir amongst American actors. Then in "Old Bits" Ted celebrates the special 15th Anniversary special reissue edition of his first album "As Much As You Want". Then in "The Catch Up" Ted catches up with Watawa Sushi's #1 customer, the kind, funny, and wise Jon Fisch.

Having just crossed 6000 miles on tour with Jim Gaffigan, Ted basks in the glow of late-night indulgent food decisions. After a Tiger Woods moment with the crowd at the airport, Ted once celebrates the life of a another young comedian gone too soon. In "The Name Drop" Ted drops Joan Rivers AND Rita Moreno's names. And finally, in a different kind of "The Catch Up" Ted actually arranges to speak to the author of a new book on the life of one of Ted's friends and colleagues the late Greg Giraldo.

Ted contemplates the big mysteries of self and other, subject and object, and completing circuit of creativity - and that's just the first few minutes! Then in "What Are You Watching?" Ted realizes only too late that the English costume drama he's become engrossed in is a soap opera. Then in a rare non-surprise "The Catch Up" Ted finally catches up properly with his friend the comedian writer and actress Tig Notaro!

This week Ted goes viral as his joke about basketball prodigy Zion Williamson burns up the internet. Then Ted gets heckled by the streets of New York themselves at West Village bar Madame X. Next Ted relates the story of comedian Kyle Grooms who recently had emergency brain surgery and the outpouring of love and support from the comedy community. Then in the most dramatic installment of "The Catch Up" ever, Ted struggles with the morality of cold-calling Kyle to ask, "Hey, wanna do my podcast?"
