After the snow-day joy of missing a spot at the Cellar due to traffic, Ted reflects on how a cool clear sunny day still evokes 9/11 even 18 years later. Next: Ted ran 5 miles this week, reaffirming the power of the human spirit, then follows that up with a trip to the gym where he does nothing but go through old notes on his phone. After a little LGFM Mets talk, Ted has a very special "The Catch Up" with Myq Kaplan who goes deep into the art of comedy and the beard trimmer.

Ted enters your head hot on the heels of two nights off-Broadway in the show Laughing Liberally, then waxes nostalgic about the US Open and admits to his love of cheating, deceiving and lying. Then Ted wants to take you to the Bahamas, come on pretty mamas - except they've been destroyed by climate change. In "The Name Drop" Ted talks the great impact his friendship with TV's Craig Ferguson had on him. And in another "The Catch-Up" first, Ted talks to Yannis Pappas naked in the shower!

Happy Labor Day! Ted celebrates the Labor movement by working on Labor day with Jim Gaffigan on Cape Cod. He visits the lobby of the JFK Museum and does a dual act with a giant dragonfly. Then, by popular demand, Ted dishes ot a few more Lessons in Comedy and creativity. In "What Are You Watching?" Ted asks and answers this question himself: the recent Roger Ailes miniseries The Loudest Voice. And finally in "The Catch Up" Ted finds comedian Emma Willmann willing to talk acting and food trucks on Labor day!

This week Ted makes it rain laughs in the actual rain at another outdoor show with Jim Gaffigan then hits the trifecta of indoors, at night and close at the Borgata. Then Ted takes you on a deep dive into the creative process of a world-class comedian at the top of his game (yes, him) in an original Comedy Lesson from Ted™ featuring another one of his "New Bits". Finally in "The Catch Up" Ted and Alonzo Bodden debate how a comedian does a late night set in a world gone mad and full of fear!

This week an act of God allows Ted a night in his own bed before heading up to Canada where he hits the streets - visiting the Hockey Hall of Fame and celebrating sharing a birthday with Wayne Gretzky and Paul Newman! After visiting the Tim Hortons inside the Hall (which should qualify him for dual citizenship) Ted survives a seagull attack before winning another daylight comedy show battle. Then in "The Catch Up" Ted touches base with comedian/writer Pat Brown who keeps it athletic!

The road with Jim Gaffigan means hot dogs at Famous Tony Packo's in Toledo and playing a daytime show at the Toledo Zoo. Next in Norfolk and Richmond Virginia Ted debates Bellerose vs Floral Park with his driver and celebrates heroes who have a muffin. Then Ted is honored by his old high school with a spot on their wall of fame right under Vince Lombardi. And in "The Catch Up" Ted recounts the first few minutes of his call with Geoff Tate since he forgot to hit record for the beginning.

This week Ted's in Vermont after the Just for Laughs Montreal Comedy Festival. From the big gala to holding it down in intimate midnight shows, Ted regales you with tales of a comedian in the full freedom of being post-hope. Then in "The Catch Up" Ted finally reaches Comedy Cellar mainstay Keith Robinson with a full phone battery and learns why having a stroke is nothing compared to getting booed on stage at the Apollo!

Ted revels in the hot summer madness enveloping the country, then talks work-outs fondly recalling a fateful old boxing class in which he met ALBM producer Matthew L. Weiss. Then, the exciting conclusion to "How Will My Wife React To My Unplanned Furniture Re-arrangement!" which leads seamlessly into the return of "Grading My Marriage". In a lighter turn, this week Ted grapples with the concept of time, then recounts his 4th of July highlighted by an actual dumpster fire! Then he gets into soccer by repeating the world 'nil' and celebrating unapologetic World Cup Champion Megan Rapinoe.
