Falcom Winter Day 2020 gave use some new info about The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Black. I'll tell you everything that was reported (except spoiler stuff). We learned a little about Bravely Default II and Disgaea 6 too including the DLC plans for returning Disgaea characters. I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas holiday. It was quite a week in the JRPG world! First we got a huge announcement about the new Legend of Heroes title. Called Trails of Black its an all new entry in the series. I'll give you every bit of info we have. Second we have a 2022 release window for Granblue Fantasy Relink along with 23 minutes of new gameplay footage. The new release window is a bummer but not unexpected. And we got a whole lot of non news for Tales of Arise. New info is promised for 2021 but that's all we learned from the Tales live stream. The Phantom Thieves are finally heading west again. After much speculation and a name change, Persona 5 Strikers will come westward February 23, 2021. I was this close to calling off this week's show. Until 2 days ago, there simply wasn't enough news to record. But here we are and it's a fun one. Sega and Falcom released some plans for 2021 so we'll talk about them and what it means beyond next year. Atelier Ryza 2 had some good bits of info as well. Its a great week to be a JRPG gamer. Not only did we finally get Trails of Cold Steel IV, but we have some fun news to talk about. Bravely Default II got a release date of February 26, 2021, a slight delay from its 2020 goal. Cold Steel IV's digital release was all screwed up so we'll talk about it. Just 5 days until the epic End of Sage for the Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel IV hits PS4 owner's hands in the US. The wait has been forever for this end of a huge story arc. So I hype it up one last time! I'll give a full report next week. It seems the delay for US owners of the collector's edition won't happen now (sorry Europe), so all is well here. We had some new images and info about Disgaea 6, physical copies of classic Final Fantasy titles, and there won't be a physical version of PS5 Atelier Ryza 2.
