James Swanwick has become an incredibly successful entrepreneur, speaker, health coach, and podcast host. We cover a variety of topics, but I was blown away by the common beliefs and habits we shared, including the act of reading a book a day.
Today I’m calling us all out and explaining why we all need to do better.
I first heard today’s guest, Nick Santonastasso, speak at the recent THRIVE event I attended and I am so grateful I did. Not only is his story remarkable, but just the way he delivered his inspirational message on stage sent goosebumps straight up my arms.
Today I’m going to let you in on a secret hack that I believe accounts for all facets of my success – in all areas of my life.
As the founder of KiZE Concepts, Jeff Ragan’s story really showcases what it truly means to be generous. Seeing food as something that links us all together, he took a risk with his peanut butter “fudge-like” bar and founded KiZE Concepts in an effort to change lives through food, service and charity.
Today I’m speaking on a topic that is all too familiar to me and that is perfectionism. I’ve had so many missed experiences because I was so worried about what people thought and what I really should have been worrying about is getting results.

We don’t have to focus on our inadequacies – we get to focus on the wins, too. This is such a life-changing episode for so many reasons!
One of the most popular questions I get is how Lori and I as a couple make financial decisions. It’s not surprising when you see everywhere just how stressful finances can be. So today, I’m sharing a few game-changing ground rules that will help you feel better about your and your partner’s relationship with money. Listen in and get 4 Rules that will help you while making decisions WITH your significant other.
Today’s conversation with the one and only Natalie Jill of Natalie Jill Fitness is long overdue! She gets super honest and vulnerable throughout this episode and reveals what it truly means to be an entrepreneur – the highs and the rock-bottom lows. No stranger to those lows, it definitely made me reflect on how I can better connect with people both in my programs and following. What strides could you make if you connected on a more authentic level?
There’s a misconception out there that only the people who are down and out struggle with their money mindset. I couldn’t disagree with that more – very successful people also feel the same fear. In fact, the other day, I received an DM from a young, super successful woman on Instagram. She shared how while she was presently super successful, she was terrified of being successful and having it ripped away. Following are the five tips I shared with this woman to help her work through and manage her
Be sure to listen in as she walks us through her challenging moments and how she’s still working on releasing limiting beliefs around money, success and relationships. Ashely offers a broad spectrum of empowering advice and I hope it inspires you to do more as well.
Some may find it hard to believe but everyone has a ceiling. Yes, even Bill Gates, Oprah Winfrey or any other wildly successful person.
