It's a post-Draft (finally) edition of RapSheet + Friends as Ian is joined by Jets GM Mike Maccagnan (18:45). They talk about the Jets taking Quinnen Williams in the first round and Ian gets the inside scoop on the rest of New York's draft. Meanwhile, Ian and Mike Garafolo are joined - eventually - by an on-the-go Tom Pelissero, who manages to dial in from a rented Camaro in a Florida grocery story parking lot. And if that's not the start of a Carl Hiaasen novel, we don't know what is. Much draft digestion occurs, plus stories of hotel drama for one and exemplary hotel service for another.
It's Draft Week and that means it's time for the inaugural RapSheet + Friends Mock Draft! Ian, Mike Garafolo and Tom Pelissero roll through the first round to give their bold predictions for what will happen during the first round on Thursday night in Nashville. Meanwhile, Ian welcomes two guys to the show who are SELECTED in their Mock Draft! Michigan defensive tackle Rashan Gary (18:30) and Arizona State wide receiver N'Keal Harry (39:00).
With the 2019 NFL Draft only 8 days away, this week's pod is chock full of future NFL players.
