It's a coast-to-coast edition of RapSheet + Friends this week - Ian is in Florida for the owners' meeting, Tom Pelissero is in L.A. and Mike Garafolo is microwaving tea in the comfort of his New Jersey home. Lucky guy. Meanwhile, Ian catches up with Panthers owner David Tepper poolside in Florida (12:15) to talk about his first year as an NFL owner, how it feels to watch games as a principal owner, a new practice facility for the team and much more including what's to come from Cam Newton.

It's a star-studded, NFC East focused episode of the show as Ian is joined by new Washington Redskins safety (and former New York Giant) Landon Collins (13:00) and Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce. Meanwhile, Mike Garafolo is back from vacation, while Tom Pelissero has the week off. That means NFL Network colleague Omar Ruiz is the latest person to sign on as friend to RapSheet. 

Ian is back from the Kentucky Derby, but Mike Garafolo is on vacation - and that means a new friend joins the show. NFL Network's Steve Wyche joins Tom Pelissero as RapSheet's latest reluctant acquaintance  Meanwhile, Cowboys linebacker Leighton Vander Esch is Ian's guest as he looks ahead to the 2019 season (12:00).

It's a post-Draft (finally) edition of RapSheet + Friends as Ian is joined by Jets GM Mike Maccagnan (18:45). They talk about the Jets taking Quinnen Williams in the first round and Ian gets the inside scoop on the rest of New York's draft. Meanwhile, Ian and Mike Garafolo are joined - eventually - by an on-the-go Tom Pelissero, who manages to dial in from a rented Camaro in a Florida grocery story parking lot. And if that's not the start of a Carl Hiaasen novel, we don't know what is.  Much draft digestion occurs, plus stories of hotel drama for one and exemplary hotel service for another.

It's Draft Week and that means it's time for the inaugural RapSheet + Friends Mock Draft! Ian, Mike Garafolo and Tom Pelissero roll through the first round to give their bold predictions for what will happen during the first round on Thursday night in Nashville. Meanwhile, Ian welcomes two guys to the show who are SELECTED in their Mock Draft! Michigan defensive tackle Rashan Gary (18:30) and Arizona State wide receiver N'Keal Harry (39:00). 

With the 2019 NFL Draft only 8 days away, this week's pod is chock full of future NFL players. Ian is joined by Ohio State QB Dwayne Haskins (15:30), Alabama running back Josh Jacobs (43:30) and South Carolina wide receiver Deebo Samuel (50:00). Meanwhile, Ian is joined by Tom Pelissero and Mike Garafolo to talk about Russell Wilson's new contract and much, much more.

Ian's guests this week are former Stanford running back Bryce Love talking about the NFL Draft (13:00) and the guy who is working with Kyler Murray, Jim Zorn (45:20). The guys also talk about Murray's visits to various NFL teams, the "Aaron Rodgers is a bad guy" story in Green Bay and much more - including Tom's story of a questionable experience in the Shea Stadium parking lot.

It's the first of what will be several Draft-heavy editions of the show as the calendar has flipped to April and all eyes are pointed toward Nashville at the end of the month. Ian's guest of honor is Detroit Lions GM Bob Quinn (16:00), who dives deep into his past life as a scout and reveals that the Lions are willing to move down to stockpile picks.  Plus, as always, Mike Garafolo and Tom Pelissero are on hand to go through the stories of the week -- including Russell Wilson's contract negotiations (2:30) and the Cardinals options with the #1 pick (38:00). They also pause for a nice piping hot cup of tea.

Ian, Mike and Tom take a break from hanging by the pool at the Biltmore to record this edition of RapSheet + Friends live and in person. They talk about Gronk's retirement, failing to tweet news and letting others get the scoop and much more. Ian is also joined by a pair of NFL GMs - Chris Ballard of the Colts (9:15) and Rick Spielman of the Vikings (38:00).

In the aftermath of the free agency frenzy, Ian's guests this week include new Green Bay Packer Za'Darius Smith (12:45) and new Tennessee Titan Adam Humphries (48:30). Meanwhile, Mike Garafolo takes us through how he broke the news of Odell Beckham Jr.'s trade to the Browns and Tom Pelissero is also on board to talk about that and all the rest of the free agency wackiness.

It's an early edition of RapSheet + Friends, as Ian, Mike and Tom go into full bunker mode as soon as NFL Network's wall-to-wall free agency coverage begins later today (Sunday March 10th). Off the top of the show, the guys react to and give the inside story on the Antonio Brown trade to the Raiders - including the proposed deal of AB to Buffalo that Ian reported on earlier in the week. They also talk about other names hitting the market in the next few days (17:45), including Le'Veon Bell, Nick Foles and more. Also, free-agent-to-be Ronald Darby is Ian's guest (11:20).

It's a post-franchise-tag edition of RapSheet + Friends this week as Ian, Mike Garafolo and Tom Pelissero look at the guys who got tagged, what it means for free agency and more - including the inner workings of life as an NFL Network reporter during free agency (22:10). It's a conversation that somehow meanders to how often one's children should be bathed. Hard. Hitting. Stuff.   Ian's guests this week are Bills GM Brandon Beane (11:15) and Baylor head coach and onetime candidate for the Jets job, Matt Rhule (39:00).

Ian, Mike and Tom get together at the Combine in Indianapolis, but the budget only allowed for two microphones. Hilarity ensues. There's also a lotion-related incident. You just have to listen. Meanwhile, Ian is joined by a pair of special guests: Packers GM Brian Gutekunst to talk about the process in Indianapolis (10:30) and current Arizona Cardinal and soon-to-be free agent Markus Golden (38:30).

During that process, Ian's secret to a successful life as a TV pundit is revealed. Meanwhile, we play back Ian's final two interviews from the Senior Bowl - Auburn quarterback Jarrett Stidham (12:00) and Mississippi State safety Johnathan Abram (40:00).
