In life, momentum is everything. Whether you are an entrepreneur, professional, or someone looking to accomplish something bigger, you need to find a way to build momentum. It has been a game changer for me. Today was one of those days when everything was on my side and as I reflected, I realized that there are a few key things anyone can do to increase momentum in life.

It all looks so amazing and so many people seem to have it all figured out. Well, that is not the case. In reality, being an entrepreneur can suck most of the time. We all have certain patterns we have programmed in our minds. Some good and some bad. Well, this past week was a rough one. As an entrepreneur, things don't always go our way. But this past week, things went off the rails for me. I felt completely overwhelmed and anxious. I just got out of prison last week. No, I wasn't incarcerated, I was giving a motivational talk to about 40 male inmates at a state penitentiary. It was an amazing experience and I learned so much about the human condition. How choices can change our lives, how confinement can lead to awareness, and so much more. In this episode, I discuss the entire experience I had and how I felt, what I learned, and why it was so important to me.
