On Friday’s Mark Levin show, The purpose of immigration is to improve the country and the citizenry owns the country, not the bureaucrats, media or politicians. When it comes to Haiti, Venezuela, and Cuba we all know they are hell holes. We have people immigrating here trying to escape these places. Trump is right yet the Democrat Party assumes and presumes to represent minorities in this country. Democrats like Dick Durbin and others knew exactly what President Trump meant and are demonstrating a lot of sanctimony right now. If it is the official positon of the Democrat Party that our immigration policies should favor failed countries and failed cultures then they should campaign on it and say it. It used to be understood that the U.S. had the right to make decisions on immigration based on merit and need. Now immigration is out of our hands and we have been overtaken by radical egalitarianism. You are not ever allowed to speak of failed cultures or countries, otherwise you are accused of being a racist. Later, the American people are great but the government is less so. There is a mass bureaucracy that rejects the results of the election and is devouring the civil society. We make a huge mistake when we confuse country and society with the federal government. The trajectory is clear and we cannot rely on the federal government to undo what they are doing because they are doing what they want. Finally, a Republic is based on a culture that respects the Constitution and insists on its application. What are sanctuary cities and leftists judges, but an attack on the rule of law?

On Thursday's Mark Levin show, There is a bombshell report by Sara Carter which proves Mark was right about Barack Obama’s FISA abuses! The Trump dossier was used by Obama’s FBI to gain approval for a FISA court warrant to surveil Donald Trump’s presidential campaign. The bastardization of our intelligence agencies and federal law enforcement by a sitting Democrat administration aimed at destroying and defeating a Republican nominee is nothing like we’ve ever seen. We can’t live in a free society when administrations of one party are surveilling transition teams of another party. The dossier circulated throughout our intelligence agencies from the FBI and was broadly used by the Obama administration. There is so much that has to be uncovered here which has involved the felonious leaking of names of Americans leaked to the media and abuse of the Patriot Act. Also, why are the Democrats and media so worked up? Why are they hiding? There was a concerted effort to shut down the discussion of this because we are not even at the beginning of finding out the corruption of the Obama administration. After that, we have Rex Tillerson, James Mattis and Bob Corker capitulating to Iran and giving President Trump terrible advice. They are the wet noodle triangle. Corker has gone rogue and has never worked so hard on behalf of the Iranians. In addition, John Bolton, former Ambassador to the U.N. calls in to talk about the Iran Deal. Trump has to decide whether to wave or not wave the sanctions on Iran that were lifted. It is so important at this moment in history to kill this deal. The Iran Deal is harmful to the U.S. and we need to get out now especially with the protests going on. Later, the media can’t stop talking about Trump reportedly talking about immigrants from sh*thole countries. Many people fled countries like Haiti, Cuba, Syria, and Venezuela to get out of the terrible circumstance caused by their failed centralized governments. Democrats tell us all the time that these immigrants can’t return to their countries because of all the crime and disease. Isn’t that a definition of a sh*thole?

On Wednesday's Mark Levin show, Bob Corker not only bypassed the treaty provision of the Constitution but made it so that a supermajority of senators was required to overturn the Iran Deal. Now Corker is now trying with Ben Cardin to make the deal permanent with a new bill by pretending to fix the flaws of the deal. This bill would preserve the Iran Deal and would limit the ability of President Trump and future presidents to get out of it. If Trump listens to the appeasing members of his administration like Rex Tillerson, James Mattis, and HR McMaster, he will effectively be embracing the Iran Deal of Barack Obama. After that, William Alsup, a federal judge has ruled against Trump that he can’t remove DACA which was unconstitutionally enacted by Barack Obama. Once again the judiciary is trying to prevent Trump from carrying out his presidential duty. Later, Daniel Horowitz of Conservative Review calls in to talk about DACA. Since when is national sovereignty and following the rule of law a right wing agenda? This used to be universal and even big government liberals understood that you have to put your own people first. Also, Lindsey Graham is saying those who are against DACA and support enforcing immigration law are outliers. It was not fabulous that Trump is saying he will sign anything sent to him who is now sounding more like Jeb Bush on immigration. Graham is so excited and can’t contain himself. He ought to try living in a community on the border and see how it is.

On Tuesday’s Mark Levin show, Do you realize over the last half-century, every significant change in immigration policy has taken place without the support or affirmation of the American citizenry? We’ve been deceived about this over and over and over again by Democrats and Republicans alike. Not only is every single big immigration policy pursued without the support of the American people, it occurs often under the cover of darkness. It is both Republicans and Democrats who have pursued open-borders policies over the years. The Democrats want to destroy America but the Republicans have no excuse. What we need from the President and conservatives in Congress is for them to articulate a conservative position on immigration before we lose this country. The Democrats have boxed us in but we don’t have to be, as enforcing immigration policy has nothing to do with race. It is regrettable that Republican leadership is not making the case for republicanism and national sovereignty. Enforcing our immigration laws is not an alt-right position but an American position. In addition, the wall was Trump’s top issue, yet he is wavering, which is very concerning. Two parties are united against the people today. We have been losing our country since the 1965 Hart-Celler act and the Supreme Court decision in 1982 that allowed children of illegal immigrants to come to attend public school. Finally, Ron DeSantis calls in to about his run for Governor of Florida.

On Monday’s Mark Levin show, Oprah’s speech at the Golden Globes was an outrageous diversion and a humiliating embarrassment. She didn't call out anyone by name, she didn't point a finger at the audience and admonish the actors, nothing about the culture of sexual debauchery and molestation in the entertainment industry. No wonder Hollywood cheered. Why didn’t they have a rolling screen of the names of men in Hollywood who have sexually harassed women? After that, there is a Congressional probe investigating whether leaders of the Russian counter intelligence at the FBI had contacts with the news media. They are leaking so much and the left wing has control of the top of the FBI. People like Peter Strzok and Lisa Page need to be put in front of a federal grand jury. And the media are nowhere to be found as they are not interested in getting the truth about what happened between Strzok and Page. Later, Bandy Lee is a psychiatrist who claims to know all kinds of things about President Trump’s mental fitness, even though she has never personally spoken with or met Trump. Her license ought to be removed as she violates ethical tenets of her profession by diagnosing someone who is not her patient. Finally, the book Fire and Fury by Michael Wolff is a phony, yet liberals are jumping all over it. There are numerous people who are coming out and saying that they did not say what Wolff claimed they did. Wolff said that the President did not know who John Boehner was when he actually did and even played golf with him.

On Friday's Mark Levin show, Senators Charles Grassley and Lindsey Graham have official requested an investigation to be opened into Christopher Steele who was the main guy behind the Fusion GPS Trump dossier. They think Steele has lied to the FBI and should face the same scrutiny as Trump officials have. Also, John Solomon calls in to discuss his two recent bombshells related to Hillary Clinton, laws she may have broken, and potential partisans in the FBI and the Obama Justice Department who may have acted to protect her. There is now a full scale investigation into the Clinton Foundation. The FBI tried to investigate them in 2016 but were shut down by the Obama administration, but now they have the full support of the Trump administration. The manipulation of top levels of law enforcement is unprecedented. There is no doubt that the Obama administration, through the FBI, knew that Russia was engaged in bribery on U.S. soil having to do with Uranium One and other related issues. Later, there is a lot out there about President Trump's mental fitness to serve as president. This is orchestrated by leftwing politicians and media who are all saying the same thing. Bandy Lee, a Yale psychiatry professor, has pointed out for a year that Trump is mentally unfit to serve and Democrats in Congress just regurgitate what she says. This is a conspiracy theory and what Lee is doing is highly unethical and unprofessional. Lee flouted norms of diagnosing a patient without his consent. They are throwing everything they have at Trump in the hopes that he will be impeached. Finally, the New York Times has shown no interest in Fusion GPS or Comey’s activities in interviewing and clearing Hillary. Now they are ridiculously trying to show that Trump has somehow obstructed justice. If the purpose here is determining who has obstructed justice, it is Robert Mueller, the New York Times and others who are doing so.

On Thursday's Mark Levin show, We have people sitting down with liberal authors and promoting themselves at President Trump’s cost. There is no excuse for what Steve Bannon. If you have worked for this President or any president, you should have enough respect and decency not to undermine him. The Democrats are already trying to undermine Trump, we don't need anymore. We are in an eyelash of the progressives controlling everything and should appreciate that Trump has aligned with much of the conservative agenda. Also, the Mercers are cutting off all funds to Bannon and the board of Breitbart is discussing whether Bannon should stay. The lesson is that if you live by the liberal media you die by the liberal media and Bannon has damaged himself by the way he has handled this. After that, conservatism is not dead but is based on Americanism which is about unalienable rights which come from God. People coming up with other ideologies are wrong as shown by the test of history. To add, when Paul Ryan was pushing the tax plan on T.V., he sounded like Warren Buffet. These supply siders are not supply siders, but they believe in cutting taxes for corporations. Real supply siders would cut taxes across the board. Many people were left out of this bill. Later, Cory Gardner wants to shut down the Department of Justice over Jeff Sessions enforcing the law when it comes to marijuana. Why isn’t Gardner taking a stand on Obamacare or anything else when it comes to federalism? The states should do whatever they want according to him, yet they can’t do whatever they want with Sanctuary Cities or the Second Amendment.

On Wednesday’s Mark Levin show, President Trump was channeling Ronald Reagan with his nuclear button tweet aimed at North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un. Trump’s tweet was just like Reagan in 1984 when he joked, “I’m pleased to tell you today that I’ve signed legislation that will outlaw Russia forever. We begin bombing in five minutes.” Reagan was sending a message to the Soviets, just as Trump was sending one to North Korea. He was sending a clear warning to the communist regime - don’t threaten us with your button because we’ve got a button, too. And we don’t even have to test our missiles anymore; we just know they’re very precise. Now the left is coming out and saying Trump is demented and out of control. There was nothing wrong with Trump’s tweet and it is in keeping with successful presidents of the past. Trump has handled diplomacy beautifully and he is not an appeaser like Barack Obama was. In addition, we have a president who is supporting the citizens of Iran against their fascist leaders. This is the same government that persecutes its citizens, throws gays off tops of buildings and persecutes Christians. The reaction by Trump on Iran is exactly the right reaction. Trump has made it clear that the US supports the protests and that his words on Iran will be backed with action. Later, Omri Ceren, Managing Director at the Israel Project calls in to talk about taking on the Iranian regime. The Iran Deal shredded a bunch of our non-nuclear sanctions. John Kerry and the rest of the Obama administration redefined the way our sanctions against Iran worked. To sell the Iran deal, they went after our allies and empowered a country that captured our sailors. It is ridiculous to say that the Obama Administration is not responsible for what is going on in Iran. They don’t want Trump to show that the reason Obama and his underlings got rid of the sanctions was so they could have their deal. Finally, it’s not impressive for Steve Bannon to be sitting down, talking with a leftist and bashing Trump. Why is Bannon talking to a leftist Michael Wolff who is writing a book about Trump for the purpose of hurting him? It doesn’t help the cause of the American people, the country and liberty.

On Tuesday's Mark Levin show, Ben Ferguson of WREC in Memphis, Tennessee fills in for Mark. President Trump’s America first policy is clear – he will call out countries that take advantage of America and will expose them. It’s also clear that Trump will support people who stand up for their freedoms, just like the people of Iran are doing. Yet, the democrats and the media are not criticizing forces in Iran killing innocent protestors, but are criticizing Trump claiming he is meddling in Iran. The point that Nikki Haley, Mike Pence and Trump are making is that they are not going to let Iran get away with the Iran deal and sit and act like the struggle of the Iranian people is not an opportunity to help them out. It is time to give reform and freedom the Iranian people, and this is exactly what we want Trump to do. Also, the Iranian security forces are killing, beating and jailing the protestors, yet they won’t go away. This is what the regime in Iran does. The media and Susan Rice want Trump to be quiet, but why would the President say nothing? True leaders speak out and support others fighting for their freedoms around the world. In addition, it is fair to blame Barack Obama for what is going on in Iran today, because he did not support the original uprising in 2009. Obama also enabled the Iranian regime by approving the Iran deal and sending Iran $400 million in cash in exchange for hostages. Later, Trump made it clear that $255 million in funding for Pakistan is not going to happen because they are harboring terrorists. We are not to going to be taken advantage of by Pakistan as they have been deceitful towards America. If you are an ally of the U.S. then you should treat us like one.

On Monday’s Mark Levin show, We bring you the best of Mark Levin! President Trump's national security strategy is Ronald Reagan's third term and his speech was outstanding. It is prudential and quite different than Barack Obama’s which focused on appeasement and capitulation. If you’re a constitutional conservative, you have to be pleased with the direction that Trump is taking this country and his first year has been highly successful despite the relentless opposition. He is advancing the causes of liberty and national security. Trump is the most conservative president since Reagan and has put our nation on the right path when it comes to national security. Obama undermined our military every step of the way and Trump is trying to build it up, and confront North Korea and Iran but the Democrats and the bureaucracy won’t let him. In addition, the pseudo conservative media and liberal media are personally vested in Trump falling. They cannot give Trump a break which is why they need to be dismissed. After that, much has been said about Neville Chamberlain. But Barack Obama was worse. The Obama administration derailed, Project Cassandra, an investigation into Iranian and Hezbollah drug operations importing cocaine into the U.S. Not a single Democrat has come out to denounce what the Obama administration did with Project Cassandra. Too add, an anonymous FBI informant calls in to confirm the details of this project. The Obama administration could have shut this down easily but did not. Also, the FBI used a 35 page hit job drawn up by Russian operatives and paid for by the DNC and Hillary Campaign, yet they are investigating Trump. These tactics used by the left and Democrats are destroying this country. Have a very Happy New Year!

There are protests breaking out in Iran against its government, the Ayatollah Khamenei and Hassan Rouhani, and now is the time for President Trump to put pressure on the Iranian regime. Congress should double down on sanctions against Iran. After that, the Democrats have nothing left except for identity politics. The party of JFK is dead and has been hijacked by far left socialist types. Many people forget that Democrats started the term "fake news” right after Trump won the election and became President Elect. Trump did not accept this fake news label and he slapped it on every mainstream media news outlet. Also, what were the biggest liberal myths of 2017? The whole myth about net neutrality was that people would have to pay more without it, yet people were paying nothing before. The idea that the government was going to level the playing field with net neutrality was false. Another liberal myth is the CBO projections, which are wrong almost every single time. They were predicting that the tax cuts are going to cause trillions in deficits. But they were wrong with their projections on Obamacare enrolling 21 million people, about Medicare enrollees and other things, so why should we believe them now?

Also, Larry speaks with Lee Smith about Josh Meyer’s expose about the Obama administration killing a nearly decade-long DEA effort to stem a global Hezbollah cocaine-smuggling-and-organized-crime ring to help secure its nuclear deal with Iran. Later, Larry talks to Sharyl Attkisson about the politicization of government agencies; specifically the FBI and the Department of Justice. Finally, the latest Star Wars movie had a very strong feminist vibe; is this another deliberate plot by Hollywood to push another liberal agenda item?

It is the antithesis of the principles set forth in the Declaration of Independence. When we hear the Marxists dressed up as Black Lives Matter or Antifa they like to talk about our Founding Fathers as slaveholders. Yet they embrace an ideology, Marxism, that has resulted in the genocidal mass murder of tens of millions of people. The Marxist societies today, such as Cuba, Venezuela, and North Korea are all repressive police states. Marxism has to be imposed on people as it absolutely needs to be imposed on the people. Progressivism is the bastard child of Marxism. We don’t talk about individuals or liberty anymore but equality and redistribution. These are socialist ideas which you can hear as part of the current tax bill or in Obamacare. After that, 54% of the American people believe that Robert Mueller's investigation is partisan. If he was interested in justice he would have shut down this operation and said there was no collusion between the Trump administration and Russia. To add, Jim Comey has demonstrated himself to have obstructed justice. He was not pursuing justice in the Hillary Clinton investigation but was trying to clear her. The FBI did a lot of editing which erased serious concerns in Comey’s press conference speech about Hillary's conduct. All across the spectrum of this investigation there was an effort to soften language and downplay Hillary's actions. These events will never see the light of day if Republicans do not hold onto the House. In their place we will see endless efforts to impeach President Trump. Later, Jonathan Lee Iverson, former Ringmaster for the Ringling Brothers Circus calls in to talk about his career and the circus.

Bernie Sanders is repeating another liberal talking point about the tax plan, saying that the middle class will get hurt because their tax cuts expire and corporate tax cuts don’t. Republicans wanted the tax cuts to be permanent but could not get the 60 votes to overcome a Democrat filibuster. Also, we do need some stream of funding for the federal government to fund constitutional required parts of government, but spending is now out of control. Liberals will continue to argue that they need money to run our lives when they know nothing about our lives. After that, the lies never stop with liberals, especially when it comes to Obamacare. Democrats are going to say healthcare spending before Obamacare was rising in between 2003 to 2010. One of the reasons they picked 2003 to 2010 is because inflation was on the rise. Obamacare was supposed to extend your life and cut your costs, but none of that is happening. Later, one accomplishment of the Trump administration to celebrate is the reduction in government red tape. The red tape burden on the economy is estimated to be at $1.9 trillion imposed by bureaucracy and what President Trump is doing about this is a welcome development. Trump has been removing these red tape barriers that have been destroying businesses and has cut them in half. Investment is up, regulation is down, and GDP growth has returned. America is back, despite what liberals tell us.

On Monday’s Mark Levin show, we bring you the best of Mark Levin! it’s time to have a nationwide debate about what the Republican establishment is doing to the conservative movement and its candidates. Roy Moore’s loss sits squarely at the feet of Mitch McConnell and his surrogates for their character assassination and attacks on Mo Brooks during the Republican primary. McConnell, reached into the Alabama race to support Luther Strange and smear Brooks, because Strange was the only one who would vote for him to be Majority Leader. Karl Rove, McConnell and others calculated that their biggest problem would be Mo Brooks, but they were wrong. They painted Brooks as anti-Trump and a big government Republican which are complete lies. As a result, we now have Doug Jones. McConnell should have stayed out of the special election and treated the people of Alabama with some respect. In addition, there is no nationalist populist movement in this country. We won the House in 2010, the Senate in 2014 and the presidency in 2016 because of conservatives and the Tea Party movement. The answer isn’t nationalist populism, but is to get back to America’s first principles that founded our society. The conservative base is dispirited by Republican’s failures to deliver a repeal of Obamacare and secure the border, among other things. The leadership is not about to do the hard work to cut spending and the size of government, despite what they say. In the meantime, the Democrat base is fired up and Republicans could have trouble during the midterm elections if they don’t get their act together. Later, the Robert Mueller investigation is tainted beyond repair. Rod Rosenstein knows about the obvious bias in Mueller’s investigation and Rosenstein is ultimately in charge of Mueller. If the purpose of this Special Counsel investigation was to be independent, it is certainly not independent of the left. This operation is absolutely poisoned by politics and shows that the left or those sympathetic to them or in control of the upper echelons of the FBI. We would like to wish you a very Merry Christmas!
