The crypto market jumped once again today, with Bitcoin moving $300 up to $6,600 and most altcoins following. Some folks are attributing the move to the announcement of Coinbase Custody, and while I think it's fantastic news and a positive thing for the industry, I don't think it's directly correlated. I want to rant a bit on some of the dumb FUD that's often circulating, trying to tie specific occurances to price movements.
