 070: The Police | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 24:51

Committed to their kids, their business endeavors and their marriage they share what they do to make it all work. Join them every Wednesday at 12pm EST where they live out their motto of “stick and stay it’s bound to pay.” Police officers have been in the news a lot lately in America. Police have shot 700 people in the last 12 months. Every time I have been stopped by a police officer, I have deserved it. Yesterday, I got pulled over by a cop yesterday when I turned into a construction area. You need to be respectful to the police, even if they are wrong. Black lives matter. White lives matter. Blue lives matter. Grant and Elena are challenging you: 1: When you see a cop, fireman or other civil servant, thank them for supporting your neighborhood. Admit you were at fault. Take the responsibility. Respect them. 2: Take a 6-week training program at the fire station or police station to ‘walk in their shoes’ as a civilian. What if there were no policemen out there?

069: How Couples Should Spend Money | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: Unknown

Husband and wife team Grant and Elena Cardone tackle the subject of how to balance business, marriage and family and 10X them all. Committed to their kids, their business endeavors and their marriage they share what they do to make it all work. Join them every Wednesday at 12pm EST where they live out their motto of “stick and stay it’s bound to pay.” Grant says to spend all the money! The American savings rate is hovering at 3-5%. Stop holding back. Spend it all! If you can’t save 20% spend all your money and make it official: you’re broke. Exhaust the spending and get it out of your system. Flip your attention and put all your focus and attention on income. Spending money is not your problem. Making money is your problem. At the point you become officially broke you will be motivated to put all your attention on your recovery. If you’re not producing, you’re rock bottom. You don’t get money by saving it. You get it by investing it. If you’re making $50k you should be saving $15k a year. I put 40% in a savings account to invest later in another business. If you can’t save 30-40% you should be spending it all. Every decision you two should be making is about how to bring in more money. The kids, your spouse, everyone should be bringing in more cheddar.

Committed to their kids, their business endeavors and their marriage they share what they do to make it all work. Join them every Wednesday at 12pm EST where they live out their motto of “stick and stay it’s bound to pay.” Our marriage makes money. Have you made a decision to where your marriage makes money?—Because it should. How does your marriage make you money? How does it make you more financially solvent and secure? Money is THE number one reason attributed to marriages failing. People don’t like to talk about it, especially when they don’t understand it. You want to feed your family? You have to have food in your refrigerator. I’m out here doing work, work, work and I’m not coming home to Elena saying, “You’re at work too much. You’re too busy. You aren’t home enough.” That’s bad news if you are hearing that. My wife is out there promoting the business; she’s always looking for opportunities. Just like in business, we make corrections. If the pitch isn’t tight enough, if we’re talking to too many people and not the decision makers, we discuss it and correct it. Eliminate every romantic dinner until you’ve made real money. Combine your dinners with business until you’re so secure financially you have earned your loaf time. Don’t go to the movies and waste your time until you’ve earned it. Grant is blessing everyone with the permission to cross the line to see how big you are and how much you can get away with. Grant also convinces another caller that he needs to cross the line and propose to his girlfriend of 6 years. It’s amazing.
