I have just uploaded the 18th episode of the AvPGalaxy Podcast. This podcast includes a look back at Predators by Corporal Hicks, RidgeTop and DoomRulz. This episode was recorded prior to the announcement of Shane Black’s Predator 4 and is not discussed in this episode. However, we do discuss our ideas for the franchise going forward.

I have just uploaded an interview with RidgeTop and I conducted with James A Moore, the author of the upcoming Alien novel, Sea of Sorrows. It is episode 17 of our podcast series: “As a deputy commissioner for the ICC, Alan Decker’s job is to make sure the settlements on LV178 follow all the rules, keeping the colonists safe. But the planet known as New Galveston holds secrets, lurking deep beneath the toxic sands dubbed the Sea of Sorrows. The Weyland-Yutani Corporation has secrets of its own, as Decker discovers when he is forced to join a team of mercenaries sent to investigate an ancient excavation. Centuries ago, his ancestor fought the Aliens, launching a bloody vendetta that was never satisfied. That was when the creatures swore revenge on the Destroyer… Ellen Ripley.” James spills several juicy nuggets about the upcoming novel including the reveal that his book will be looking more closely into the hive consciousness of the Aliens, something that we can easily see this exclusive preview that Titan have provided us. Join RidgeTop, DoomRulz (in his AvPG Podcast debut) and I as we take the opportunity to vent about all the recent disappointments for the Aliens/Predator/Prometheus community – Colonial Marines, Predators, the Aliens vs. Predator films, Prometheus and others: We’d look to hear from the listeners if you agree or disagree with anything we said. A new month is here and I’ve just uploaded the 12th and latest episode of the AvPGalaxy Podcast: Join AvPG Staffers RidgeTop and I and community member SiL as we discuss the various Aliens/vs./Predator comics and novels. We share our favorites and we talk about the ugly ones (expect a nice section on Deadliest of Species!). What is this?! Another episode of the podcast merely a month after the last release?! Shocking, I know, but I’ve just uploaded the 11th episode of the AvPGalaxy Podcast: This episode is a bit of an experiment as Dachande, RidgeTop and I attempt to host a podcast about Aliens – Colonial Marines whilst playing a game of Bughunt. We try to talk about the downloadable content and our impression months down the line. It includes a lot of Dachande and I abusing each other (he does a better job) and lots of swearing. Please feel free to let us know what you thought of the episode on the forums! I hope you have as much fun listening to us as we did recording.

I have just uploaded the 10th episode of the AvPG podcast for you all! Episode #10 introduces us to fellow AvPG staff members RidgeTop and Dachande. This episode includes discussion of Aliens: Colonial Marines and AvP: Evolution. It was recorded in March 2013 so these are our impressions at the time. We’re back with another podcast for you! This one focuses on memories revolving around our involvement with the franchise and also introduces you all to fellow staffer Xenomorphine: It’s a bit of a long one (Xenomorphine has quite a few memories to share :-P) but it was good fun all around. Next episode we’ll be chatting about Aliens: Colonial Marines. Hope you all enjoy and remember if you haven’t heard our earlier episodes you can find them in the podcast section.

It’s been sometime since we released our last podcast but coming into 2013 and we aim to be back into the swing of things and as such, here is our first brand new podcast! Episode #8 includes an interview with Charles de Lauzirika, the producer responsible for the Alien Quadrilogy DVD set, the Alien Anthology Blu-ray set and most recently the Prometheus set. He also recently directed the movie Crave. The discussion revolves primarily around his work on the Prometheus set. Make sure you listen!
