The old fairy tale "The Pied Piper" of Hamlin is a tale as old as time, telling of the tragic loss of 130 children who followed a colorfully-dressed piperman out of town and into the nearby hills, never to be seen again. As it turns out, the story was true, but the "hows" and the "whys" are still being explored today. We share a few theories today about what really happened in the little village of Hamlin, German in 1284. Music: Medievil Music Royalty Free by Darren Curtis
Karl Benz is an enginnering genius who is credited for giving us the first gasoline powered automobile, which he patented in 1885. But it didn't become famous until his wife Bertha decided to take it on a 90 kilometer (65 mile) road trip with their two sons. That was marketing genius, because the car now had a purpose- family road trips!

I once was lost, but now I am found, Was blind, but now I see. 'Twas grace that taught my heart to fear, And grace my fears relieved. How precious did that grace appear The hour I first believed. Through many dangers, toils and snares I have already come, 'Tis grace has brought me safe thus far And grace will lead me home. The Lord has promised good to me His word my hope secures; He will my shield and portion be, As long as life endures. Yea, when this flesh and heart shall fail, And mortal life shall cease I shall possess within the veil, A life of joy and peace. When we've been there ten thousand years Bright shining as the sun, We've no less days to sing God's praise Than when we've first begun.
