What better way to kick off Axtone’s ten-year anniversary than to invite DJ, producer, and filmmaker, Dragan Roganovic aka Dirty South to the airwaves of ‘Axtone Presents’?! The Grammy nominated Aussie has played a pivotal role throughout Axtone’s history and has worked closely alongside Axwell since first releasing ‘Let It Go’ on Axtone back in 2007. Dragan’s impressive diversity over the years has earned him kudos across the board, with his latest album/film project, ‘With You’ emphasising his drive and appetite for artistic success. Beginning the podcast with his Axwell and Rudy collaboration ‘Open Your Heart’, Dragan looks further back in time, highlighting the 1998 Roulé classic ‘Music Sounds Better With You’, and the 2001 Thin White Duke remix of ‘Silver Screen Shower Scene’. ‘Sweet Disposition (Axwell and Dirty South Remix)’ is featured as a favourite ever production, before moving into a certifiably timeless mix of House anthems from the likes of Junior Jack, Amand Van Helden, and Erick Morillo to name a few. Listeners can be sure that while the ninth episode of ‘Axtone Presents’ may bring on feelings of nostalgia, the best is yet to come...
