US Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi was busted yesterday, sneaking in to a beauty salon in San Francisco for a shampoo. Salons in California had been closed for months to "fight Covid" but the Speaker obviously believes that some people are more equal than others. Also today, Australia descends into a dark and frightful dictatorship, as citizens are arrested for merely posting on Facebook that they oppose the lockdowns.

From Chicago to Portland to Kenosha, US cities are in flames. Looting and wanton destruction continues without interruption. Police are given orders to stand back and allow thugs to beat, loot, murder, and burn with impunity. And, as we saw with Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler, those in charge of these burning cities all cry out together, "it's all Trump's fault!" Is it? Also in today's episode, WHO's communist leader screams that we need more Covid lockdowns even as the truth about the inflated numbers comes out. Dr. Scott Atlas making waves discussing the benefits of hydroxychloroquine. And the New York Times (!) reports that Covid tests are worse than useless.

Over the weekend the Centers for Disease Control dropped a bombshell report on coronavirus/Covid deaths: of the approximately 165,000 "Covid deaths" less than ten thousand died from Covid. The rest - a vast majority - had on average 2.6 serious additional diseases, with the addition in most cases of extreme advanced age. Is it time to begin litigating the damage done to the US and the world from the lockdown policies? Also today: the "largest protest in German history" over the weekend, as estimated millions turned out to oppose mandatory masks and lockdowns. Similar protests took place in London and in Spain. In the US...mostly silence.

With tens of millions unemployed, and countless businesses gone for good, the heavy hand of government continues to pile on. State and local governments are looking to raise taxes in this environment, and the Federal Reserve, the enabler of big government, intends to escalate the counterfeiting of dollars on top of the trillions already created out-of-thin-air. More taxes and higher prices ahead, which makes for more economic heartache for the American people.

The US continues to illegally occupy Syrian territory and to illegally confiscate Syrian oil, but it is also playing very dangerous military games with the Russians, who are in Syria legally at the request of their ally. This week a US military vehicle attempting to block Russian passage along a Syrian road rammed the Russian military vehicle. Several American soldiers were reported injured. What is the purpose of this risky adventurism? Also today, Department of Justice looks into forced relocation of Covid patients into nursing homes; Hillary tells Joe to start a "color revolution" in the US if he loses the election. It was one of the most notorious cases of 'cancel culture' gone crazy. New studies every day are proving beyond a doubt that the measures taken worldwide - with a few exceptions - to "fight" what they claimed was a "new" coronavirus have not only failed to slow or stop the disease, they have been counterproductive. It turns out that people develop lasting T-cell immunities, that patients have been successfully treated with T-cells from asymptomatic test-positive cases, and that the virus rarely spreads outside the family setting. What are the authoritarians going to do when it is no longer possible to keep this information hidden? How will they keep people shut down. As the "Sun Belt" wave of coronavirus cases and hospitalizations burns itself out - as is always the case with a virus - those authoritarian politicians still clinging to the ability to push their citizens around refuse to give up. As in the Lord of the Rings, they cannot bear letting go of the ring of power. But what will it take for them to finally relinquish their stranglehold on our lives? Many hospitals are now suffering from a lack of patients and deaths among those under 50 years of age remain nearly non-existent. When is this over? What's the end game?

Obama's "Assad must go" Syria policy lives on, even three plus years into the Trump Administration. Yesterday, US troops illegally occupying Syrian territory shot at a Syrian army checkpoint and a US helicopter followed up by destroying the outpost. At least one Syrian soldier was killed in the incident. Earlier this month a politically-connected US firm signed a contract with the US government to "modernize" US-controlled oilfields in Syria - to "starve Assad." Also today: insanity in Australia and New Zealand and mouth fungus outbreak in the US.
