Guidance to Clarity | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 00:30:00

Welcome to the Mindful Change Exchange! I’m your host, Billie Frances, founder of Guiding Mindful Change. It is my joy to bring us to learn, share, and grow by expanding our awareness of what is, who we are and how we choose our experiences. In today’s episode, my guest Lori Sheets and I will discuss how gaining clarity is the first step in powerful change. Lori Sheets has been a licensed healer and teacher for over 10 years. She loves to connect deeply with others to assist them in revealing their truth. She is committed to her spiritual practice and dedicates her healing consciousness to all who cross her path. Old beliefs hold us back says Lori, who knows that moving forward means letting go of those beliefs and ideas.  Lori believes there is an innate wisdom within each person - a "still small voice" that provides subtle direction towards one's heart's desire. This sense of knowing is always with us and provides clarity as we make our everyday choices.  "I believe that the craving for balance we experience is an invitation to become clear about what it is that we truly value…what is important to us…what life experiences will delight us all of our days. It becomes clear that aligning our lives to support what we value makes life easy…but it may need help to get that clarity. These answers become the steps that lead us in the direction of our desires. Once these steps become clear I will encourage you to follow them with energy and passion. It’s taking action on the insights and clarity you’ve received that attracts to you what you’d like to create in your life." To contact Lori click here To contact Billie click here
