Podcasts:
This week Peter takes over hosting duties, joined by James, Keith and Jon. We talk freemium a bit, whether Tiny Wings really needs a movie tie-in and there's a harrowing tale about hunting too.
This week it’s Peter, James, Keith, and me in the podcasting booth, bringing you news on Draw Something's apparent decline, the (fictional) King of Fighters novel by Steinbeck, and dying virtual animals.
James Gilmour joins the crew this week, as we discuss what exactly Apple can do now it has all the money (oh, and a few games for avocados)
Peter, Jon, and Keith join me for this week’s podcast, as we disect the latest iOS news and then get sidetracked reading funny posts on Facebook. If you’re Keith.
Peter, Keith, Jon, and me are your hosts this week (no sniggering) as we take you into a mystical land of iOS news, reviews, and vague guesses as to the quality of a game by looking at their YouTube videos.
Jon and Keith join me for this week’s episode of the podcast, to discuss such cutting-edge iOS issues like whether or not Jon knows what a card game is.
James “Happy” Gilmour joins the podcast crew this week to discuss, among other things, Angry Birds Space and the recent acquisition of Draw Something creator OMGPOP by Zynga.
In-between deliberately annoying Peter by comparing games to his favourite art gaming hits, we have time to talk about the Mass Effect Datapad, whether consoles are dying, Cut the Rope (again?), and MotoHeroz.
Hello! Just Keith and me in the podcast booth this week: creating fake Apple adverts and putting on vaguely insulting accents as we tackle the new iPad, Infinity Blade Dungeons, and hungry seagulls
Those of you with eagle-eyes will have noticed the distinct lack of the word ‘iPhone’ from the headline. That’s because we don’t talk about the iPhone this week (sorry peeps). We do, however, talk about the iPad 3 announcement, before diving headfirst into what we’ve been up to at Mobile World Congress this year, chat about the upcoming Android phones, and discuss important talking points such as what weird things we’ve seen around the show floor. It's also not that well recorded - sorry!
In keeping with tradition, we have a number of Angry Birds related news to talk about this week, with the big one naturally being Angry Birds Space (and a fictional tie-in with The Muppets).
Love is (apparently) in the air this week due to Valentine’s day, but we're not giving each other roses. Instead, we're talking about the sneaky brilliance that is Beat Sneak Bandit, the flipping genius that is Pinball Arcade, and getting hot under the collar about Game of Life (for some reason).
The fearsome foursome are in the booth this week to discuss all the latest controversies kicking about on iOS, including App Store fraud, clones, and the over-priced Corpse Party
There’s tension in the air this week, as Jon Jordan and Peter Willington lock horns over customisable avatars (of all things). Thankfully there's also more light-hearted banter regarding Ghost Trick, Scramble with Friends, and - er - Hello Kitty: Beauty Salon
Both Matt and I are suffering from a nasty cold this week, so this edition of the podcast is shorter than normal. We do manage to fit in a lengthy discussion about the weirdness that is Baseball Superstars 2012 (plus more) without our voices giving up the ghost, however.
