Social Security Disability Surveillance: Greed or Fraud? | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 00:16:00

Why does Wall Street like to prey on the weakest individuals or those without the ability to protect themselves? Regardless of level of power and resources obtained by wealthiest Americans in the world, it never seems enough.  Generation upon generation the poor are often treated as slaves of the past.  The more they try to get even, rarely getting ahead, there comes something to block their path.  Now Social Security Administration is opening up 54 Units to help Wall Street in their task to oppress the disabled more. Why? Is this due to Wall Street loosing money placed into Social Security by working Americans and now need to replace funds?  Is it due to Social Security documentation not being as clear as it should be today?  There was a time America was so wealthy they looked down on the funding of Social Security and recipients.  But now that Wall Street has done a number on this country, it looks like platinum to be used for the next Stock Market crash.  Are these New 54 Surveillance Units placed all over the United States seeking money for Wall Street? Is it a sign of greed or fraud?  Today let’s talk about the impact of Social Security Disability Surveillance against those who cannot protect themselves and how it’s done.

Spending Time with ESTRA on Memorial Day | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 00:09:00

The heartache felt at the loss of a loved one never quite mends in the heart.  There is a hunger for past relationship and a desire for one more day just won’t be fulfilled.  There is a joy and peace that can be found in what is lasting more than what is lost.  When taking a moment to remember the good things which are missed is a moment in time that is always a given. Nothing can take this precious memory away.  In most cases, that’s why it hurts so much because of the desire of wanting more.  Taking peace and comfort that love is never lost or misplaced means life can move on with the joy of knowing these memories will always be there to reach for when needing something to hold. This Memorial Day, let’s take just a few moments to realize how special these memories are for love ones lost after a car accident.

Social Security Disability Income For You Or Wall Street? | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 00:15:00

For decades, Wall Street has been trying to get their hands on money to use in the Stock Market from Social Security Income. Babyboomers funded both their own retirement and the generation before them. Where has the money gone? Why no mention by Congress that this has ever occurred?  Is leaning on people receiving Social Security Disability a means to an end? Most are poor and this is only source of income. Why? Because Congress has allowed Employers to skip out upon their reponsibility of paying agreed benefits and  leaving Employees with a lot less support and corporations keeping money that was supposed to be for policyholders.   Is Social Security now siding with Wall Street and throwing Main Street under the bus? Are they afraid of being hurt by budget cuts as has been done by Congress against many government agencies?  What are these conditions doing to the people currently receiving Social Security Disability Income? Is surveillance part of game to reduce the roles of Social Security Disability and fatten up Stock Market for Wall Street? Today lets talk about the treatment of Social Security Disability Income Recepients.  Just so you know the level of harassment, not only was my computer hacked, I came to the Shoreline Library to air Talking About You with ESTRA and the MP3 File is not showing up to play.  Guess what? This show will be here tomorrow one way or another!   Thanks you for never giving up or in to harassment and intimidation. - ESTRA Seattle

Congress and Insurance Industry | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 00:12:00

When was the last time Congress thought about you?  Cared about how your life was going?  Protected you from Bad Faith Insurance practices from Auto Insurance Companies?  What has Congress given this industry in protections and subsidies?  Why more publicity on Health Insurance while Auto, Disability, and Life concerns are just as blatant?  Why would Congress provide special tax breaks for all Insurance Companies?  You do not hear legislators talking about the benefits they have given them.  Why? Perhaps it’s due to you being left out and must survive in the best way possible.  Tax payers on the losing side and still cannot get the support or fair claims processed after a car collision.  Could Congress do something about this injustice?  If they can do subsidies, provide tax breaks, and listen to Insurance Lobbyist on every turn, one would think they could take a moment to consider the needs of policyholders.   Today lets talk about Congress and the Insurance Industry, how do they impact you?

Policyholders and Insurance Companies | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 00:13:00

This is a relationship in most cases is not what it appears to for policyholders.  On the outer surface, it appears to be one of protection by the insurance company for the policyholder.  An agreement is written up by the insurance company and signed by the policyholder.  The policyholder believes this contract is written with their best interest in mind.  However, the insurance company knows better because they have been doing same behaviors for generations.   What is the secret?  Insurance Companies only pay out to you, if they want to, they don’t have to, but they don’t tell you this when signing a contract with them.  They don’t talk about all the hidden agendas buried on the back or bottom of pages.   Today lets talk about the relationship between Policyholders and Insurance Companies.

Insurance Companies and Lobbyist | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 00:15:00

Insurance Companies testifying in front of Congress is like a revolving door which provides them with legislation used in court, more tax exemptions and subsidies, the likes any group of citizens will never see, on top of many government official writing up this legislation and later going to work for Insurance Companies to assist them in finding the necessary loopholes, if they were not written into laws for insurer benefits in the first place. Has Congress ever asked you to testify about the hardship caused by the actions of Insurance Companies or Employers regarding keep settlements or benefits?  And if they did, would Congress really be listening?  Would this be another case similar to the Anita Hill scandal which shows they indeed do what they want in spite of what is best for the people?  Today lets talk about Insurance Companies, their Lobbyist, Congress, and their impact on you.
