Three Way calls are a very powerful way to create growth in your business and duplicate a system that works, and a question that most often comes up is - what exactly is a 3 way call, when and how do I use them? Why?   It creates social proof, the sense of "team", it's validating and lets the potential team partner know how things are done and that help is available.   There is a right way and wrong way  to do these calls, so let's cover how to do these effectively so you get started correctly from the very beginning.   First, unless worked out ahead of time, the 3-way call  is not intended to be a first look for the prospect. This is a call to paint a vision of what's possible and to allow your prospect to view the business and the potential through "an expert's eyes." Now, this doesn't mean you are less of an expert, it's all perception.   You want to make sure you have your upline's bio and that you make a proper introduction of the "expert" so that you edify them, and give the prospect a solid reason to listen and learn.   Call your prospect and then your upline. And, in doing so,  most often control your actions, too.   So, first, what are the things you MOST want to accomplish this year?  Look ahead to the end of the year and visualize what you want to have accomplished? Closing Out 2013 and Welcoming in 2014   Happiness, gratitude and even success are a choice. A choice WE make. A great way to launch your new year is to close out the old, and set some powerful patterns and intentions to move you forward.   The end of the year is a perfect time to do this. I like to close out the year in a very scheduled, specific way. I actually block time on my calendar to do this in a very thoughtful, organized and  HONEST way.   I love doing a good end of year close out, to acknowledge, appreciate, adjust and anticipate. This releases me from any leftover baggage from what I "didn't do" and allows me to acknowledge and appreciate myself for what I did do.   This year, I want to introduce you to a slightly different way of closing out the year. Let's toss out the old regime of mindless goal setting, which often involves nothing more than regurgitating last years unfinished business and goals.   Have you ever done this and come away totally UN-inspired about the task at hand?   Sometimes, we come away from this feeling badly about ourselves, our year in review and what lies before us. Sound familiar?   You know what you want, right? And you want it BAD.   You have aspirations; you have hopes; you take time to write down what you want, and maybe even plot it out. Perhaps you've created a bucket list?   You might even feel a deep seeded craving for what it is you want. Do you feel it, taste it, dream about it?   So you make a plan to get it. The top notch A to-do list. You set Quarterly objectives. you plan a Strategy. you set up Accountability. You write down the goals. Except . . . here's the thing, perhaps the missing piece...   It's not the goal, really that you are actually chasing. Don't Get Stuck in a Network Marketing Box   Well, this podcast may be a little controversial in that I am a believer that the term "duplication" can be widely misunderstood and over used to create a system of failure for some. We tell people to "think outside of the box" in breaking free of the job mentality; to develop a Plan B and start a Network Marketing business; Online Business or something like that. And, so often, there is a tendency to try to put people in our own "network marketing" or home business box once they join our team. Two things will grow our business - contacting/inviting people to take a look at our business and actually showing the business. We do this; we train others to do this, and the system will duplicate. HOW we each go about finding people to talk to will vary, based on personality types. Actually showing them the business is best done by sticking to the company system that works, using tools provided by the company.
