Episode #36 We speak with Mr. Gus Calderon and Mr. James Jewel. Mr. Calderon is applying for an exemption to 14 CFR parts 21.191 and 91.319 in a bid to operate his sUAS commercially in the NAS. Mr. Jewel will share some information about the development of FAR 107, NextGEN, and some other timely UAS topics.
We will hear about some real world applications for small unmanned aircraft by the U.S. Geological Survey.
Episode #34’s guest is Doug Davis, Director of Global UAS Strategic Initiatives at the NMSU PSL. Mr. Davis has been a long time contributing member of the unmanned aviation community. This will be an excellent opportunity to hear about the Global UAS airspace integration effort past, present and future.
