Shamanic Freedom Radio

Summary: Shamanic Freedom Radio is presented by Niall Murphy, also know as Opaquelens, an anomalous oddball character who cannot be put into any box that is not bigger on the inside.  SFR 97 Interview with Ben Emlyn Jones (Part 1) | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 0

Part 1 of the interview with Ben Emlyn Jones of HPANWO (Hospital Porters Against the New World Order). In this banging of the world to rights, Mr Lens and Ben discuss many things, but the main topic is the internecine infighting in the alternative communities and how everyone is out to expose everyone else as a shill, or an informer, or a member of the Illuminati. It appears that the same ego issues, paranoia, social Darwinism, ignorance, bigotry and fear exist in “evolved” people too, and this seems to be a phenomenon of the time. Music: Ozric Tentacles - Ozrosis Alan Hawkshaw - Chicken Man (original Grange Hill theme)

SFR 90: Interview with Neil Kramer: Being vs Knowledge | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 3186

This episode starts with Mr Lens in a windy location to add flavour and character to the introduction(!) before going over to the first part of a two part interview with Neil Kramer. The main narrative of this part is the difference between being and knowledge. Neil argues that there is a division which has had the alternative researchers falling out with each other and bickering. At one end of the spectrum are the people of being - those who have character, personality, humility and a real fascination with being alive. At the other end are the people of 'knowledge' - those who are often self important and cold in their nature whilst coming across as an expert authority not to be questioned. Neil then voices his opinions on a few SFR narratives such as class background, and other taboo subjects such as whether or not you should judge or generalise. This chat is not for the faint hearted, the sanitised, the puffy or the wishy washy. However, real people with a healthy balance of humour and cynicism may find this chat profound and hilarious in places. Find out all you need to know about Neil Kramer at neilkramer.com. Music: The Specials - Gangsters Fairport Convention - Fotheringay

 SFR 89: Roamcast - [Counter]Culture is not [always] your friend | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 2246

In this episode, recorded mid January 2014 at night in the full moon, Mr Lens looks at how countercultural groups suffer from the same hypocrisy, sanctimony and inconsistency as mainstream culture, and how one can come to the conclusion "Who needs the New World Order with friends like these?" when the alternative to the mainstream creates a culture of amateur psychiatrists and well meaning but somewhat coercive thought policing "enlightened" people. Before the end Mr Lens mentions that Neil Kramer is very likely to be on the next episode of Shamanic Freedom Radio, and plays a track by Ozric Tentacles from the restored, remastered and re-released Vitamin Enhanced box set, a project which he instigated, and the Ozrics prepared for release.  Shamanic Freedom Radio ep 81: Dark side of enlightenment/Bashing the hell out of David Cameron | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1955

In this episode, Mr Lens starts of by talking about the 'dark side of enlightenment', and how the new age and the conspiracist mentalities seem to act as traps for those who escape consensus reality, and how anything resembling a spiritual path can only begin once the 'unveiling' stage has been transcended. After a musical break, Mr Lens goes red as he gets into a Max Keiser style rage, slagging off David Cameron, who is featured in this episode in soundbite form, to add more amusement to it, and not satisfied with slagging off Cameron himself, the episode ends with an unnamed American laying into Cameron for wanting to ban porn. Other topics covered are Freeman's theory of the Obama family being clones of ancient Egyptians, and Charlie Veitch's conversion to the official story of 9/11. Music by The Clash.
