Don't let the well meaning, yet unsolicited, advice of others discourage you when you are making such great progress. They will often tell you what you are doing is great, but how you can do much better by following their advice. Some will tell you what you are doing is wrong and tell you what you should do instead. Here is some of the most common, yet unsolicited, advice that I have received in the past two months... "Don't eat eggs, don't eat wheat, don't eat sugar, don't eat fat, don't eat meat", etc etc etc. I'm pretty sure that if you were to only juice organic tree bark, you would still have someone telling you that you're doing it wrong. Here's my advice... Start somewhere. Make a lifelong commitment to a single change. As long as you are doing better today than you were before, celebrate that and take it to the next level at your own pace.
