Warning: Rated R for small 30 seconds... OK, this turns into a therapy session. First I start talking and kinda show you how I still need to put in use some of the libertarian principles I claim to adhere to. I honestly do in real life and in my personal life. But I was lacking a backbone in my personal life, so part of why I love libertarianism is because it has taught me more about self-respect and right from wrong then any counselor or pill. I probably shouldn't kep it in the show, but I dont want to wast me time editing it out and this way I can get yalls opinion on how I handeled the situation. I was kinda shocked (do callers prank much on BTR?) Anyways, I go back to talking about my progression out of the world of slaves. Then we had a little therapy session and that went on after the show cut off still. You will probably have many opinions and think I said th ewrong thing at times. I know, I just tried my best. I wasn't on my A game tobight either. But maybe I got some votes for Ron Paul somehow... maybe the pervert will go just to vote to legalize prostitition. I warn you it's kinda not PG stiuff for a minute or too, so if you have kids don't let them hear. I was trying to stick up for myself this night because of situation with roommate I'd usually give in to. So tonight I tried to stand up for myself. Maybe a bit too much. What the man said was totally inapropriate and I do actually care if I get a call like that. I'm not OK with people calling in like that again. But I tried to be a badass...as u will see. I am so still gonna do this episode! I didnt makke it in time. I'll spend about 30 minutes on Sybil then the rest of show can be call ins or whatever! Sybil's Heroic Ride On the night of April 26, 1777. The British were burning the town of Danbury and Colonel Ludington needed someone to ride and alert his men. Sybil and her horse, Star, were the only ones who could go. Few people knew of Sybil's ride until an article appeared in a magazine in 1907 about her heroic deed. That was 130 years after she and Star rode to warn the men. Then a few people became interested in what she had done. Sybil was cold, wet, and frightened, but she kept on riding, kept on knocking on doors to wake the men and tell them to muster at the Ludington's home. When she arrived home in the morning she found Colonel Ludington's 400 men in her front yard ready to fight the British. Because of her heroic ride, the regiment was able to drive back the British and to save the lives of many people. First part is me talking about how Libertarian Activists do make a difference even though it seems we have no real affect on sometimes (This part kinda boring, I am told. It's OK to FFwd) We have to look at and celebrate the few things that we still have in which we are free. Celebrate what freedom minded individuals have done for society, so that we remind others why it is important. It's not enough just to see all the things we still need to change in the world. If the message of liberty could reach ME, then you know it is on the right track. I know I'm missing a few, but a shout out to the men who helped me wake up (the alive in my time ones) : Lew Rockwell, Ron Paul (of course) Gerald Celente, Alex Jones, Luke Rudowski, Bill Cooper, Stefan Molenux, Joe Rogan, John Stossel, Then I talk, mainly to open up airwaves so callers can say what their really thinking. Then Mr. P tells me his initial opinion when he saw show (I get best compliment I've ever had) So we can't rule out all the sheeple yet! We just have to bring them in better. I can translate (see I still speak ditz, which is just mass media brainwashed) It took years of reprogramming & was a process for me..but I still retain my former ditzyness at times to communicate. We discuss issues from abortion, true freedom, the shool system, religion, and philosophical arguments for things society naturally agrees to without any moral consideration. And it went over the file size limit for itunes, so watch that too. (this second part may be better) Also I will talk about the dishonorable Rick Perry and this whole Texas jobs thing. No show tonight. But I will play a list of "liberty-minded" music for about an hour.( It should play) I'm helping my friend move in a new place and no way I'll be done by midnight, it looks like.
