A red light or sign means STOP because we have decided red would be our warning color, yellow is CAUTION and green is GO when we drive walk or run. In this same manner or color code, the melanin rich African ancients traveling the world making sure the people of the earth remembered and understood when seeing anyone like them [black in color] they could without exception anticipate wisdom and acumen, right judgment, scientific and spiritual direction by way of example, eloquence of speech and moral character from those highly intelligent black people. We must reclaim this history. Black is beautiful and intelligent and a gift to see God. We will discuss the matter of melanin this week on I was just thinking...with your host Ekowa

SPORTS CHAT Hosts: Andrew Dixon & Rafel Skeete Rory Costello is a member of the Society for American Baseball Research (SABR). He lives in Brooklyn, New York. Rory has written many biographies of major-leaguers and other baseball figures for SABR's BioProject website. He has a lot of interests when it comes to choosing his subjects, but players from Latin American balla and the Caribbean are right up there at the top. SABR members have a variety of interests, and this is reflected in the diversity of its research committees. There are more than two dozen groups devoted to the study of a specific area related to the game — from Baseball and the Arts to Statistical Analysis to the Deadball Era to Women in Baseball. In addition, many SABR members meet formally and informally in regional chapters throughout the year and hundreds come together for the annual national convention, the organization's premier event. These meetings often include panel discussions with former major league players and research presentations by members. Oct 15, 1986: N.Y. Mets (7) at Houston (6), 16 inn. Jessica Haynes ...In 1983, at the age17, I had a near death experience. I was a passenger in a car which crashed into a tree. The impact on my side of the car crushed my face beyond recognition. My vertebrae suffered multiple fractures, my discs smashed/bulging and the bones in my feet shattered. I was diagnosed to have lasting nerve damage and possible paralysis below my waist. I looked grotesque.http://www.socketSaver.comI had a Near Death Experience. I went through several stages on "the other side" including, three life reviews. The first review showed me the life I had lived. The second, I saw a different and better life I could have lived if I had made better choices . The third, making completely different choices, I saw a life I would have lived and the accident would not have happened. I had a who new understanding of life, purpose, making choices and experiencing what you might say... the Eternal or God. With my NDE I had a miracle healing.X-rays showed no sign of injury to my back and feet. My crushed eye healed itself and the multiple scars on my face and body disappeared. I also "came back" very psychic/intuitive. I could send my mind to places including the past, present, and future, observe what was going on ... what scientists call, Remote Viewing. I created LifeWithJessica.com and you can see my NDE videos at these conference. I have three books, GPS for Success, Discover Your Inner Strength and Get What You Want Now - Money, Love, Power, and More...More recently bringing a new product to market, the Socket Saver which is being sold across the U.S.Go to SocketSaver.com to see this www.crsradio.com 661-467-2407 caribbeanradioshow@gmail.com

BIG GUESTS THIS WEEK... TALAWA is a well-known and internationally celebrated Costa Rican based reggae super group. They explore sounds from the 70’s and have recorded their entire, soon to be released, second album, "Reggae Revival", with the finest vintage equipment. Tony Roy was born in St. Thomas, Jamaica and knew he wanted to be a musician early on. His parents didn't agree so he made his way on his own. He was lead for the band Chosen People who recorded several popular songs. They toured internationally and opened for artists such as the honorable Mr. Dennis Brown, Tony's mentor. Tony's still going strong, listen up. Coming to you live from Costa Rica and brought to you by the La Reserva Forest Foundation (LRFF). We invite you to participate in this most interesting and interactive show by calling in or participating in the "green" chat room. LRFF is working to solve climate change and lost resources by restoring the tropical forests in the "lungs of the world". Climate change is our continuing topic. It's being caused by human activity not volcanoes, solar activity or a universal conspiracy. This is a platform for everyone to tell us your views on cc, ask questions about this most important issue. The majority of people are very uninformed about cc because it has become unmentionable in the mainstream media. Talking about it is the first step to solving it. As always great roots and culture music plus interesting Caribbean news and events. Give us a call, get involved! (661) 467-2407
Marital satisfaction is the strongest predictor for happiness in many areas of life (Russel & Wells, 1994). A satisfying marriage is associated with better general adjustment and fewer health problems (Bray & Jouriles, 1995). Factors that contribute to marital satisfaction reported by researchers include religion and spirituality (Anthony, 1993; Marks et al., 2008; Shehas, Boch & Lee, 1990), family of origin dynamics (Cohn, Silver, Cowan, Cowan, & Pearson, 1992; Webster, Orbuch, & House, 1995), and quality of family relationships (Timer, Veroff, & Hatchett, 1996). Additionally, satisfying marriages are beneficial to couples and children of these marriages.
