On Greg's 20th birthday he was at his heaviest weight of 307 lbs, and on the path to becoming an alcoholic. The day of his 20th birthday he had a change of heart and joined the local Anytime Fitness gym as well as started a half-hearted diet. After eventually seeing results and experiencing a real feeling of accomplishment, Greg was hooked. He began to set goals and make it his top priority to reach them. Through hard work, discipline, dedication and determination Greg was able to lose a total of 138 pounds and get shredded. Leandro Dottavio is an LA native who, as he grew into the sport, became a legendary Los Angeles baseball player.  At Grant High School in Valley Glen CA. he was recruited by UCLA to play first base where he played from 2004 to 2005. He moved on to LA Valley College where he set the single season hitting streak record at 28 consecutive games! After that he received a scholarship to play at Cal State University Stanislaus where he set the single game record for RBIs & total bases (9 & 13). He concluded his college career with a .348 batting average with 12 home runs & then went on to play for the semi pro baseball team the Pasadena Redbirds & still does. Leandro now has refocused his career on acting & is currently represented by KSR talent. Aaron Delgrolice is the creator of Hybrid Cross Training. This unique approach to fitness is a blend of mix of martial arts, kettle bells, TRX, and body weight training that maximizes the body for metabolic conditioning as well as mixing flexibility with mobility. Each session starts with a dynamic warmup consisting of activation exercises, stretches and movement patterns specific to each client. This ensures a proper warmup of the entire body as to prevent injuries and to get the most efficient workout possible. The workout then consists of total body movements emphasizing core/trunk stabilization by utilizing Kettle Bells, Body Weight Movements, Free Weights, & TRX exercises. Hybrid Cross Training is meant to maximize the body's metabolic system in order to burn fat, build muscle & stay injury free.
