The Injustice System

Summary: America we have a problem. Our justice system is unjust. A few years ago I ran across a website called Surviving the System. It was about innocent prisoners and prison conditions. I decided to get involved and I started the site called The Injustice System. I have upset some people and have had my life threatened because of my fight but it will continue.

THE AARON JAMES STORY | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 01:30:00

A special live CKLN Radio interview with Aaron James rounds out the last 30 minutes of "Rude Awakening" with BK and Mark Bills. Mr. James is the courageous Canadian survivor of an attack by the NWO on a flight by the NWA (North West Airlines) for no reason (even officially) in the U.S., as five federal marshalls tasered and piled-on him for asking why they wanted to arrest him. He then had a kangaroo court trial chock full of crooks, kooks and spooks, and for the last 20 months has been harassed and threatened as he lives in Manitoba in fear for his life with little support from the North American Union-jacked Canadian government. We need to support his cause and that of others like him (like Maher Arar and Omar Khadr) to avoid this becoming a habit, and to quote the great quote by Pastor Niemoller: "In Germany they first came for the Communists, And I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Communist. Then they came for the Jews, And I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Jew. Then they came for the trade unionists, And I didn't speak up because I wasn't a trade unionist. Then they came for the Catholics, And I didn't speak up because I was a Protestant. Then they came for me, And by that time no one was left to speak up."

 u s soldier unjustly convicted | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 01:30:00

u s soldier unjustly convicted Stjepan Mestrovic is a Professor of Sociology at Texas A&M University and author of "The Good Soldier on Trial: A Sociological Study of Misconduct by the US Military Pertaining to Operation Iron Triangle, Iraq." It deals with the unjust conviction of Pfc. Corey Clagett for killing two unarmed Iraqis and trying to kill a third. Attorney Paul Bergrin was involved. He won the right to have commanding officer, Col. Michael Steele, testify, then was arrested before trial to prevent it because his evidence could have embarrassed and incriminated top officials in the Pentagon, Defense Department, and White House. As a result, Bergrin was targeted, indicted on bogus charges, including orchestrating a murder, and now faces potential life in prison or the death penalty. The latest on his case and two others will be discussed at a time freedom and justice in America are endangered species. ==== mr. lendman and the professor believe that pfc corey clagett and his defense attorney were scapegoated corruptly by the united states army to protect others. "the army knows full well ... that col steele issued that unlawful roe to kill every iraqi military age male on sight - they followed the order." professor mestrovic: " ... to make a long story short, [despite evidence submitted by the rules to show recognized mitigating factors] the clemency board did not offer any clemency. these things just dont matter. it's like ... again, a machine-like system that seems to say, 'well somebody has got to go to jail, for the sake of media relations and public image and other kinds of needs. we have to have this ' and these people are treated like entities instead of human beings with real stories, real life stories."

This Week In Palestine: Solidarity with the Native American community, and the BDS cam | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 01:30:00

More talk Activist Salma Abu Ayyash (sitting in for Sherif) tells of attending the annual National Day of Mourning in Plymouth MA during Thanksgiving. All or nearly all of the Native American speakers at that gathering proclaimed their solidarity with the victimized Palestinians. We air an excerpt. The gathering was dedicated to our brother in injustice, Leonard Peltier. One of our Palestinian brothers wrote a poem to honor Leonard Peltier, which was put to song. Salma offers her translation of the poem to English, following which we air a performance of the song. Salma reviews some of the dark history of the genesis of the Israeli takeover and occupation of Palestine, along with its distorted treatment by today's mainstream media. There's a brief discussion of the growth and significance of the ongoing BDS campaign (BDS = boycott, divestment, and sanctions). Finally, to bring us up to date, Salma presents a brief summary of some of the most recent Israeli attacks and incursions on the Palestinian people and the implications for our survival.
