Goon and Sweeney are joined by the legendary Fran Fisher, where they talk past and present. They also talk a little recruiting and preview the Illinois game.

JB, Goon, and Sweeney are joined by Bob White and Kenny Jackson in celebration of the 30th reunion of the '82 National Championship team. They talk 82, the present, pro coaching, college coaching, and Bob's and Kenny's background and current endeavors

We have PSU Men's Hockey Coach Guy Gadowsky on again tonight. We talk hockey and football with him, then the guys break down the UVA game and preview Navy.

JB, Goon, Sweeney are back at Bar Bleu and breaking down the Ohio game, talk a little NFL and preview the Virginia game. They also talk about the Paul Jones position change and challenges facing OB.

We had a rocking time at Bar Blue tonight culminating with an appearance by St Louis radio personality Kevin Slaten. David Nevins led the evening off discussing the "Together We Are One" initiative. Sara Eckert dropped by to talk about her experiences as a reporter over the past year in State College. JB, Goon, and Sweeney made their predictions for NCAA Football, then got into the Penn State season and Saturday's PSU v. Ohio U game. Finally, immediately upon arriving in town Kevin Slaten, joined them for the last 40 minutes.

We had a really fun show this week from Bar Bleu! We had a number of guests this week! We had the Willie Family from Happy Valley, OR (minus Alison). Then Head Basketball Coach Pat Chambers joined us for an hour to talk basketball and football. Finally, we rounded out the show with Head Field Hockey Coach Char Morett.

Goon, Sweeney, and JB celebrate JB's 21st at Damon's. They talk golf, Pirates, Phillies, notes from O'Brien's teleconference, Rick Slater, NCAA/UNC, and kick things around with the Allen Brothers. Entertaining show with lots of laughs.

The boys are joined by Mark Brennan of Fight on State. They discuss BOT, media day, PSU Training Camp, and recruiting. Goon and Sweeney then talk about camp stories and JB's birthday. Great Banter at the end.

Goon and Sweeney recap Rise and Rally, and discuss some of the media reaction. Finally a positive story out of PSU! Then they're joined by Coach Bill O'Brien who talks about the upcoming season and his approach to his first season as head coach. The guys have a lot of fun and crack some jokes. This is a really good look into who Coach really is...The right guy for the job.

Fitz and Butler went on to discuss what the team and coaching staff are up against in trying to keep players. There are college coaches actively recruiting on PSU's campus trying to steal OUR team. As a result, we will be hosting Rise and Rally on Tuesday July 31 starting 6am in the parking lot of Holuba Hall for the team to cheer them into and out of their morning workout. Nittany Bank, Old State Clothing Co., and Undefeated Broadcasting will be sponsoring coffee and donuts for those that show up. Additionally, N I T T A N Y S T R O N G will be giving away shirts. In the second hour of the show, Ray Blehar, discusses the Freeh report's inconsistencies as they relate to the sanctions, and his efforts going forward to clear Penn State and show how The Freeh report is wrong, and the NCAA was wrong to rely on it. Updates: Open letter to Rod Erickson from Ray Blehar Compelling Read Another great article concerning the show The article by William L. Anderson PHD read tonight. After a 2 week vacation, and lots of negative PSU press, the boys came back fired up, along with PSU Football Historian, Lou Prato. The three of them attack the credibility of Louis Freeh and his report, which was based on inconclusive facts that were the basis of damning opinions drawn by Louis. They go after the media, the BOT, the knee-jerk reactions, B1G, NCAA, and all of the other issues surrounding the report. This show gets heated and rightfully so. Someone needed to stick up for PSU, so why not two Goons and Lou. We Are!

With Goon still recovering, Sweeney and JB talk Phils/Pirates, PSU recruiting, NCAA Football Playoffs, and Jerry Sandusky. Goon's food critic status is called into question, and Sweeney let's his thoughts be known about Notre Dame. This is the last show before our 2 week vacation and the return of The Goon. We'll be back July 19th to really get into PSU Football. We're fired up!

It's the John & John in the evening show. With Goon recovering from surgery and Sweeney coaching a camp in ATL, the show was on the Johns.
